Ok ive been working since last OCT so ive only experienced the bourbon club, the picklewich, the pickle chips, that xmas cookie the minty oreo one, and now the red velvet cookie and the kickin ranch chips. Oh btw since the kickin ranch wrap replaced jalepeno ranch does that mean the kickin ranch chips are permanent too?

Anyone else have issues with drivers not confirming the orders and then after that you have multiple other drivers come in looking for the same order? It's really difficult in my area because a lot of the third party drivers don't speak english so it's hard to translate. It happens at least two times a day, even when you tell the driver to confirm the order on their phone.

What are your companies policies for GM’s taking breaks. I know all state labor laws are different especially for salary workers so I wondering. My company doesn’t really offer breaks for the GM but it’s required a 15 minute break for every 4 hours worked so I make sure I take my break approved or not but what are breaks like for you.

What’s going on my fellow Jimmy John’s employees?! I’m a delivery driver and just took an order to the super 8 motel a few hours ago. Upon arrival to the room I could hear sex happening behind the door but these people ordered a sandwich so I knocked, waited, knocked again and finally this lady starts walking towards the door and I hear her saying that wasn’t freaky fast unlike you (probably talking to her male guest) then the door opens and she swung it wide……… this bitch was butt ass naked with the biggest fucking black bush I’d ever saw in my life….. 🫣 and she just acted like it was completely normal… anyways I gave her the bag and said good day but damn I’m kind of scarred from this one honestly the lady is so old and saggy like gross… 🤮 not everybody wants to see your birthday suit.… enjoy this. Lmfao.

When ordering online the app, why does the Italian Night Club give the option to toast it but the Tom Turkey does not have that option?

Can someone please explain to me why we’re paying so much more for the premade kickin ranch vs our cost to just make it in store. I don’t see a single benefit whatsoever to buy this stuff premade other than corporate chosen suppliers filling their pockets by gouging us on prices.

To the delivery ordering customers please please please know that once we third party aka send your order to a non employee driver (if one of our own drivers isn’t available) that we are not responsible for said food if it gets stolen or eaten once its off our premises. We apologize that it inconvenienced you but what do you want us to do? CHASE THE GUY DOWN????

I’m just posting this to see other stores processes on cleaning the toaster ovens. Morning crew at my store absolutely refuses to clean them even though it’s an after lunch, and they are absolutely awful to clean at night.

Anybody know anything? Midwest (MN specifically) still doesn’t have Pre-Sliced provolone. I’m starting to wonder if it’s never going to happen. What’s the deal? Last I heard months ago they had the West Coast sorted out but that’s all I know.

I was wondering what the job is like a Jimmy John’s. I worked at MOD pizza for 4 years and I made shift captain in a matter of 5 months.. it’s super fast pizzas and I honestly loved it I quit because of toxic management.. is the menu hard to memorize??

I had a Jimmy John’s today, #16. It was truly terrible. The bacon wasn’t recognizable as bacon. And it was such a tiny amount of meat, single layer. I think the bread has even shrunk. It was so dissatisfying and I was still hungry. This isn’t a one-off, it was the same the last two times. Have they changed how much they put on a sandwich? Wtf JJ’s? You’ve lost me as a customer.

Ok so there have been times where a door dasher will come in all impatient and demand we make the sandwich immediately or ask how long its gonna take and then get mad if we say someone else is in front of them. For instance…today we had a huge order (the picture) and this lady came in and said shes waiting on a delivery order. I politely told her we got her next and we were gonna go ahead and make it anyway. She catches full attitude and says “Omg its just one sandwich. How long does it take?”. But we still made it despite the fact that she was only in there for 5 minutes and totally impatient and rude. In my store we have thieves so I asked her to confirm and she was attitudal about it. Of course I politely told her to have a good day and she just scowled at me & walked off. But once again other than that a pretty good day.

I just wish these drivers realized that we’re freaky fast but damn we ain’t flash. Delivery just popped up in the register and you already here demanding it.!

They planned on firing a GM, but because he was friends with the district manager, they suspended him and transferred him to another store to run. Clear favoritism. They have ZERO certified managers in their Kansas City market so nobody knows what they’re doing. The district manager Michelle hired a girl, her background check is in review, and they still let her start working and haven’t revisited since, breaking company policy. Absolutely baffling.

Do not work for this company. An assistant I was having problems with since she was hired by my DM put an HR complaint in. They didn’t contact anyone else that was there. I asked for a manager meeting to address the concerns and my district manager blew me off. They suspended me before starting the investigation. Definitely will be contacting the EEOCC. Stay far far away from this company. If Michelle B. contacts you from FRH just hang the phone up.

When I heard kickin ranch was back I was so excited bc I used to legit order 2 sides w/ every sandwhich. After trying its return I thought it was so good but "not the same". I realized it was "thicker" than I remember, but I thought maybe it was just me. Talked to a worker yesterday and he told me they no longer make it in house and that it is pre-made then shipped from the "costco" brand or whoever their supplier. High key pissed bc thats what made the original so much better. Also learned they discontinued it bc it was expensive to make and the jalapeno ranch was much cheaper to make. Still happy they brought it back and will still order it from time to time but disappointed we didnt get the TRUE kickin ranch back.

If I place an online order for asap. Why is it that when I’m waiting in store for my order and people who stand in line get their order first? I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes now. Not very freaky fast
