Considering two used 21 kawasaki stx160’s listed for 8000$ 200 and 300 hrs with two years left on warrenty. Deal sounds too good to be true, anybody have any experience with this ski? Im looking for something reliable.

So I’ve been really looking at the sparxx. I like how fun they look and I am definitely a trickster and wave jumper. But, I’m 6’3 220. Am I too big? Do you fall off easily? Not a huge fan of falling off.

I was given this jet ski. Last known problem was, it would not start after having the top end refreshed. I wax told it needed a wiring harness. This unit has been sitting in a garage for at least two years. After cleaning it up and looking, I have noticed that all three spark plug wires are dry rotted and cracked. it has no battery and I can’t find the ground wire nor can I find where the battery lives. It has no battery either. I am just wondering if it’s worth the money to try and fix this unit up. Can someone on here please give me some advised, at least lead me in the right direction

So I am seeing a couple of seadoo rxpx listed for sale for about 7k. So i got curious to what such jetskiis/seadoo in general are like as they get older and more used?

Do they give alot of issues and unreliable?

Are parts very expensive and is it difficult to work on them yourself?

Are there models which one should defenitly stay away from and why?

Are there some which are proven thag with maintanace they remain a good toy to have rather than a headache?

I should also mention that my area only consist of the salty Mediterranean sea which should be taken into consideration.

I have a second home with a private beach, no dock. Id like to launch my jetski at a nearby ramp and keep it at my beach for multiple days without having to bring it back to the ramp everyday. Please share your ideas for being able to store it on the sand and get the ski up and down from the high tide line each day without too much pain. Jetskis are heavy!

I tried Jimmy rigging a hose connection to my Yamaha wave raider while winterizing it with antifreeze but I didn’t realize it was spring activated. Does anybody know where I can get the attachment that is spring activated so I can winterize it ?

Having some issues with our '16 Yamaha VX not starting.

100 hours on it.

New battery this spring, fully charged (leave it on a tender when not using it). Oil level is good (changed in the spring as well).

Was trying to do my winterization today and couldn't get it to start. It's done this in the past after dropping it into the water.

The screen will turn on, show the speedometer, green light on unlocked, good battery voltage, no error codes or beeping, etc... But it doesn't make any other sounds. No clicking of the starter, no turning over, nothing. Screen will turn off after about 30 seconds. When this happened, I would just wait, and try again, and it would normally start. I thought it was the battery, so I replaced it at the beginning of this season, but guess not.

Well, today, the trick of waiting a couple times did not work. Could not get it started.

I thought maybe it was the starter button or the safety toggle, so I took that apart and checked it all, seems to be okay.

At this point, with as "complex" as these things are, not really sure where to go next to troubleshoot what it could be.

My 2021 Sea Doo GTi SE 170 trim is a non factor. It has little to know impact although I know it's working. I know I can buy a module that makes it articulate more...but not sure I want todo that right now.

I like our Yamaha Vx products better then Sea Doo for various reasons I won't get into here and am kicking around a FX HO now. Can anyone speak to the fact the FX has a better and notable trim system for the Doo GTi or is more of the same?
