Anyone knows exactly what kind of Jazz is in:
Looking for that specific style of Jazz/Soul/RnB music. If anyone knows any good albums with that style/sound, please link or comment
This guy really has an interesting approach to music. He was born in Vietnam, grew up and lives in France. His influences are all over the place, with classic rock, blues, jazz, Indian, Vietnamese, the list goes on. He has MANY varied albums. He's done full live and recorded tributes to Pink Floyd and Hendrix, but all through his unique lens. He surroundeds himself with world-class players from all over the world. He can really go off, but he is a mature, melodic player who respects the melody and composition. Be patient if ALL you want is a crazy shredfest. His in his mid-60s now. He's too easily overlooked. Check him sometime. Here's one example of him kicking ass. The video is a little silly compared to what he normally displays, but it's fun.
Inspired by Ryuichi Sakamoto’s THOUSAND KNIVES, the track is a tribute to everything J-Funk and Jazz Fusion. It’s been in development for quite some time now, and was originally developed at NYU Drama’s Experimental Theatre Wing.

So recently I made a post looking for music that is along those lines of mahavishnu, and a lot of the recommendations were great and I enjoyed almost all of the suggestions! All of them are great recommendations, however recently I re-visited mahavishnu and I thought I should clarify my post upon listening to the band which I will do right now.
Upon listening to the band I experience a sort of "buzz" or "high" from listening to their music that I call the "mahavishnu effect," what happens to me is that after listening to it I get this nervous energy that starts to make me a bit more fidgety, a bit more hyper, kind of like someone who drank those little energy shot glasses, anyway this "effect" peaks around 1-2 hours after listening to it, and what I would like is more music that would have that effect.
TLDR: I listened to a band that I get a nervous high off of and I like it and I am looking for more music that gives me that type of sensation or music that causes me to have a physical reaction of sorts.
Any good ai melody generator that can compose using exotic scales and modes of the major scale? This is a requirement for me. Also are there any that can do superimposition(for example if the chord is A minor, the melody can be in C minor)? **I TRIED to compose melodies but I can only compose using diatonic major and minor scales.
