I pick up litter almost whenever I see it #iota4earth
The world is not flat.
I cannot stand to see litter. It drives me crazy. If I'm in public and I see trash on the ground, I have a bag that I carry with me that I throw it in if there is no garbage near by. When I get home or if I run into a trash can I will empty my bag out. Every little bit helps!

I don't dump my batteries #iota4earth
The world is not flat.
I don't like throwing away electronics in general, so at home I have a big pile of wires and random things. At some point I'll box 'em up and drop them off at a trustworthy recycling station.
Throwing away a few batteries might seem convenient for that short period of time, but obviously if you do that multiple times it adds up and isn't good for the environment. So I have a bag of old batteries that I will eventually recycle and replace with eneloops.

I used to live in a dorm and I would never even bother with recycling, but now me and my girlfriend has finally bought us a place of our own. So I thought I was time I finally became a real citizen and start to do my part. It's not much, but at least it's an improvement! Go earth!

Instead of cranking up the radiator I go to the tap and kettle and fill up the hot water bottle I bought from Boots. It is mainly to keep my feet warm as they always seem to freeze!

As technology gets more advanced the need to drive, travel, fly to places to work is diminishing. In addition to saving petrol companies all save huge amounts on building costs.
Plus you get to work in pajamas.

I take baths from a bucket instead of a shower to save water, showers tend to be way way more wasteful than buckets as you tend to stay under the water quite a lot of time. Save water guys

I try to reduce shower times to less than 5 minutes. #iota4earth

I do this by playing a song that is only 3-5 min, and in that time i should have finished my shower. This week its redbone by childish gambino.

What goes under most peoples' radars is that food waste is one of the biggest contributors to global warming. From production to transport, it takes up a huge carbon footprint.
Free iota aside, seriously, avoid food waste.

So, i will be going camping next week and I decided invest in a solar power bank for charging my mobile phone. Yes, I know its winter but the place that I will be going to receives plenty of sunlight. The world is not flat.

100: I started eating less meat a couple of months ago. And it isn't hard at all. But i've been told, the impact can be immens if everybody would limit their meat intake.
