My name is Isabelle and I am a researcher with the Center for Business & Human Rights at NYU Business School. We are working on a project focusing on content moderation by social media platforms, specifically looking at how the companies outsource content moderation to workers domestically and internationally.
We want to know more about all parts of the experience and the work, and we would love to speak with current or past content moderators about their experiences!
