Does anyone here remember the "hammer forums" meme?
It was just a parody jpg of typical forum interaction....OP asks a question and no one answers him in about 17 different ways.
I've tried to find it on Google/Bing but am coming up empty.
Does anyone remember this old website? It would show you pairs of items and you would pick which was cooler, A or B. The main page had rankings of the things people thought were coolest. I think all items were user-submitted, so stuff like "pandas" and "chuck norris" were usually in the top 10.
I remember visiting it a few times circa 2005 or so, but I can't remember what it's called, nor can I find it by random googling! I think the name was something sorta simple/dumb like "cool battle" or "awesome rankings" or "best stuff".
I remember it was semi-popular in those days. If it still exists, I just want to... see what's cool.
Thanks!
The first one I'm thinking about follows a character who becomes invincible and decided to break into a military base. He kills a cop and that cop's partner ends up killing him at the end. The second is a long series of these stick figures breaking into various hideouts and dispatching numerous enemies. Things end up superhuman by the end. They were prominent on Newgrounds during the 00s. If anybody has the names of those series and where to find them I will love you forever. :)
