Has anybody used this hgtv sw color from Lowe’s? I picked up the sample earlier this year and now, they don’t even offer it. I’ve Googled it and haven’t found much info for it. I’d like to know what undertones you see… What’s its LRV? What do and don’t you like about the color overall? Pics appreciated!
We are replacing the builder grade carpet in this room with a medium-light brown hardwood. I think there should be a rug under the piano, but I don’t know what look I should go for. If it’s similar type but doesn’t match, would that make sense? Or would it be better to have a “contrasting” rug? Open for suggestions!
I need help picking the color of our vanities for the master bathroom and powder room: Master - Emerstone Violetta shower bench and counter top, Cemento Bianco floors and walls; Powder - archisalt flower of salt polished accent wall and Wellstone Sahara Blue Herringbone floor. Thank you interior decorators of reddit!
We are looking at this vinyl flooring but I very hesitant due to the grooves. I’m worried mopping/cleaning over time will deposit dirt that stains all these grooves dark and dirty. There is another vinyl oak floor option we love that is smooth, but it’s a bit more bland. Thoughts? Thank you.
Hi color lovers! Having pro painters come to give our small north side facing office a little zhujing up! The photo is EXACTLY what I want done (wall work, colors, etc.). I have the furniture so that’s a one and done. I am struggling to pick the right color and finish in the Benjamin Moore family (this is the painter’s choice).
In the past, I have had VERY bad luck in painting choices (the time I painted a gray and it looked like baby boy blue, the millennial pink that was pepto bis pink, hence, help me). Yes, I did the painting on my own. Now, I know better and can afford a pro. I just need the color guidance. 😭😩
So color experts, can you provide a recommendation on the color and finish to get this nearly exact photo into my office? Thank you in advance!
Im good at a lot of things but I do not have an eye for interior decorating matching tones, playing with textures, etc. It’s time to upgrade my house. I want it to look like something out of a catalog. I want it to appear that someone came in and knew what they were doing, so I have been watching a lot of videos on the dos and donts of decorating like a pro HOWEVER I’m a very visual person so I’m wondering. Is there an app where I can take a photo of my home, then go to google/ amazon and upload photos of what the items I’m interested in buying would look like when added to my space and preexisting furniture/decor? I see a lot of apps for interior decorating but none that I can upload items and add them to my space. Now I know Amazon has the option to try items in your space but I’m looking for something a little more upgraded better quality if that makes sense. Any help in the right direction would be appreciated I’ve wasted money twice on apps that were garbage
Hey everyone! So, I don’t consider myself the most creative person, and honestly, no one in my family claims to be either.
Right now, I’m working on setting up the living room, and I’ve got these couches all set up. But here’s the thing—there’s this completely blank white wall right in front of the couches. It’s just staring at me. On one side, there’s a window that doesn’t get direct sunlight but lets in some nice, soft light.
I was thinking of keeping it simple but with a touch of Indian art or maybe some posters. Any ideas? I’d love to hear your thoughts on what could work there!
I want to add more greenery next to the TV console. Should I do one plant on the left or a plant on both sides to make it symmetrical?
Which plant do you recommend that won't contradict the palm I already half behind the chaise?
Thank you in advance!
Hey everyone! I just wanted to know if this dining table tray decor seems off. I thought the candle holder was going to be to much smaller than it is and now idk if it’s throwing the whole display off! what do u guys think? anything i should change? thanks in advance.
