There's a lot of love for the Buldak Carbonara ramen but I'd like to submit another amazing Buldak variety.
I've tried it a couple of times based on the recommendations I've read on here, both with Carbonara Buldak, one time with a couple tablespoons of mayo one time with one, and both times one yolk. I just feel like it takes away from the flavor, since egg yolk and mayo aren't really flavorful, it would be good if there was extra seasoning to bring the strength of the flavor.
It also numbs the heat to the point it's not even spicy. I will try one time with only a yolk, but I feel like it's already perfected as is and doesn't need anything else. You could say the texture is a bit more pleasant/saucy, which could be true depending on your taste, personally I'm not sure which one I prefer, the drier noodles or the wet ones.
I will try it with the black packet since that one is really spicy, so maybe this will improve it. But not the Carbonara. Thoughts or any tips?
Finally, got my hands on Buldak original topokki! It’s spicy, maybe a bit too spicy for me, but delicious nonetheless.
I love my ramen noodles with kimchi and coconut water. Heaven

I'm looking to get some good ramen! but i have no idea what's good, stores near me have the basic stuff, I'm looking for something more authentic just looking for opinions on everyone's favorite ramen, and if its possible to get it online etc. I live in the US. Thanks a bunch!
Classed it up with onion, kimchi, chilli crisp, sichuan pepper pickles, and a can of lightly smoked sardines. 10/10
i've become slightly addicted to instant ramen, so i started keeping record of every one i ate. i will try anything once! notice the lack of all stars like buldak carbonara, or indomie? that's bc those are madly expensive where i live, and i barely get enough money for these.
hoping to see how much will this board expand in the future!
Does anyone have any experience with these? What brand do I look for if I want them again? They were cheap, part of the haul I grabbed. Still chewing through those!
I've been looking for this specific cup noodle soup that I used to eat a bunch in high school. I got it from 7-Eleven around 2015-2017. The thing I remember most is the fact that the noodles were short, flat, and thin. I'm also fairly certain that the actual cup they came in was mostly black. The noodles and the broth both ended up just the slightest bit green as well, if I remember correctly. I've done a lot of searching for different cup noodle soup varieties, but I've never been able to find anything that matched. I'm hoping that maybe someone who remembers or is aware of such a type could maybe be able to help! Thank you so much!
Saw this at my local Safeway. Looked interesting so I got one. Seems like it may be a decent flavor combo. I personally like adding rice to my ramen if I have some leftover.
the title basically explains it all. I don't live anywhere near any asian supermarkets as the closest city to me is over an hour drive away. amazon offers a good variety but the prices are so ridiculous just for 5 packs of noodles. over $20 for a 5 pack is insane? I found the site sayweee today but the reviews seems to be mixed and I've seen some people say it's sketchy. so even if the prices are lower I'm a bit scared to order from there. what are some good sites that I can get buldak from for (relatively)cheap? btw it needs to be shipped to canada so sites that don't do that won't work for me. idk I just want ramen without going broke trying to buy it... I miss buldak and I wanna have it again </3
EDIT: I looked into it and sayweee doesn't ship to canada, so even though I've been told it is a good option I can't use it sadly </3
And how to prepare it
