Whenever I come to L.A.—in fact, one of the reasons I look forward to doing The Taste—is because as soon as I arrive I'll hit the airport In-N-Out, and on my way out of town, after finishing The Taste, I'll pick up another. Every once in a while I'll even buy a big reeking back of burgers with onions and fries and shakes, and I'll bring 'em back through my very nice hotel lobby, and it's really an amazing thing to see. Generally speaking, when you walk through a lobby of a nice hotel with a big reeking bag of fast-food, people look at you like you're low class, like, 'Why are you bringing that in here? We do have a restaurant.' No, nothing but love and admiration, even from the staff. They're like, 'Good going sir, nicely done sir, excellent!'"

Hi y’all! Just received my offer via text/email to work at In-N-Out!! Before starting any paperwork they also sent the wage notice that explains my status, level, pay, etc.
On this it says my starting date is tomorrow? With zero information on time and anything… do any employees here know if that just means that’s the date I’ll be officially hired? But not go into the store yet? Thanks for your help
My cook and board besties did me good 😮💨
I was on dicer and loader. I sucked and had no idea what was going on. Any advice? Also how long do I cook each fry?
Forgot to ask for chopped chilies so added them from the condiment counter. Definitely hotter. Way tasty.

I went to get my interview 3 days ago and hired on the spot and was given the restaurant number. Then the manager continued to say to fill out some form that they will send me to my Gmail. How long does that take for them to send?
They gave me a root beer float with ice in it.
In n Out has always been an affordable and healthier fast food option. I regret not being able to eat it sooner in my life because the prices are going up.
The double-double meal used to be around $8 in 2020 and turned to $10 in 2023. It is still affordable but since it is inevitable that prices will keep going up, at what price would you guys say that In n Out isn’t worth it anymore?
Hello everyone, I just did my second interview at innout but it was a group interview. The first one was also a group interview so I’m about 45% sure I did not get hired. When I walked in they interviewed someone solo. I was just wondering if I have any chance at getting hired because I really want this job.
im a 24 year old girl w previous experience in fast food, i feel like i could’ve gotten an interview. the one thing i did put down tho that prob got me rejected was that i was unavailable for the late night shifts? (6pm to 2am or whatever)
would it be possible to walk in and ask a manager why i was rejected? was it the lack of midnight availability
Title. Just was bewildered since I hadn’t heard of a single location doing so until now.
West Covina, CA
waited all week for this
Does anyone else get these ? Or am I just crazy. I get double lettuce double spread double whole grilled onions and chilies on the side
So to the worker who gave me 10 cups of chilies instead of 4
People are always posting pictures of their delicious looking burgers that have been customized. Maybe we can encourage people to also show the receipt or list what the order was? I just learned you can order WHOLE grilled onions here and I keep seeing other burgers that look good, but I have no idea how I would order it.
Animal style fries 🍟
Went to in n out today and the bun was more light in color and looked a little softer than usual. Anyone else notice this?
I just saw a pic from someone’s onion post and theirs looked the same too.
I love how efficient they are at getting my food out . Even with a line out the door and a line all the way around the block! Didn't have to wait long. Had so much I couldn't finish it all! Where do I get one of those safety pins they wear on their aprons?
I know In N Out use fresh potatoes for their french fries and the top half is fresh but the bottom half, I always seem to get the old greasy scraps.
Has anyone done this? Ive seen youtube videos but I want to bring a bunch in bulk when I move. Should I put them in vacuum bags and in a cooler? Would it be better to fly with them?
