Last Fall, I sat next to a guy that I'd seen before but had never talked to. He expressed interest in applying for jobs at my employer, so we exchanged email. I emailed a link to my employer's job site and suggested that he and I hang out.

Over the next few months, he emailed me 2xs with excuses as to why he couldn't hang out, but maybe later. Last week I got the following email and I know how lucky I am that nothing ever happened:

I can't give you what you want.

I like to know reasons behind decisions and want to be open and transparent on why I know we can't get to know each other more. Acknowledging, and being able to discern the reasons, is why needed time far away, to work on myself through the certification course.

A common theme has appeared the last few exercises about discerning what's best for me and gracefully bypassing situations not part of my highest good.

Emotions can't really be broken down into bullet points but have no easier way to convey. Am open to talking if that will help.

Our energies aren't compatible.

• Know couple others with similar energy to yours, one in Yuma that does Reiki too, and get same feeling from her, she's much older
• Part of it is nervousness, but the core energy is not compatible

See myself continuing to travel

• I get the feeling you're someone who likes a house and stability

I feel a huge smothering energy

• This is toxic to me
• Harder to breathe, feel lungs compressing and throat constricting
• Difficult to do anything but breathe white light through me and anchor that into ground

Energy is painful and body changing

The type of Love, affection, and commitment you need I cannot give

• Couple years ago would've said YES
• Dear friends of mine, with a connection I feel you need or are used to, are caught in a vicious circle. He lives for her, she lives for him. He is in a bad state health wise and she is keeping him alive though he has no hope of being 5% of what he was. It's bringing them both down.
• She wants him to live so he lives for her, yet it is killing her keeping him alive and she does not want him to give up so he keeps living, sapping her life, etc.
• This type of undying connection I cannot give.
• She needs to have a long-winded answer on every question she asks to feel complete and acknowledged

Strong intuition if we did get to know each other more it would end badly

• Don't know how badly
• One reason it's for our highest good

Politically I am not liberal

• Not conservative, definitely not liberal after all crying during Trump time

Own multiple firearms, illegal in several Democrat run states (not WA yet)

• Concealed carry permit
• Former military

Our emotional connection will be frayed from the start

• One of my cats has energy likes yours, but different, it's stressful at times
• She too wants more than I can give

Think our only compatibilities are IT careers, cats, and friends.

It is not because of you as a person, it's primarily due to your energy being at a different level.

I Tried to repair my CRT monitor today. I broke it completely instead when I tried to find out if the filament was still okay. It was still okay but when I tried to test it with an external power supply, it burned out immediately.

What have we learned today? Find a datasheet first before you try to guess the spec.

⚠️TW⚠️ So last night I was doing an FX look and it was like cuts all over my hands and wrists like I was cut all along there and once I layered up the latex I had to find a way to cut it to make the deep cuts and I didn’t have Sisters so I made the great decision to use a safety pin. At first i thought I just hit my skin maybe once bc I wasn’t paying attention. I went along and finshed the FX and once I took it off there there all cuts along the lines of where I was putting the fake cuts so it looks like I had cut my wrists which I don’t do. Idk what to do and if my mom sees she’s gonna go off on me soooo ig I’ll be wearing long sleeves for the next few days.
