How does it actually work though, because I often hear people going « well u get more exhausted as the activity goes by ». At the end of my 3+ hour long karate exams, in the final drill, people are borderline crying. But I think I’m the opposite.
I just finished my exam and basically it was equally demanding the entire duration of it, being a nearly non stop chain of running, push ups, sit ups, drilling punches, and partaking in my arch nemesis of activities, the chair. The thing is that as much as I struggled at the start like we were doing the mountain climber and GOD I was sweating so bad like I looked felt and sounded like a wet mfing dog and it had only been like what 5-10 minutes maximum, but after the 25 minute mark or so, I suddenly started getting less and less tired. During the last drill, I was less exhausted than I was at the start. The complete opposite of the people around me.
It’s not the first time this happens to me, like one time I went on a hike with my boyfriend and at the start I was hugging him to get excuses for wanting to take breaks every two seconds, but near the end, on our way back, he was the one begging for us to stop while I was running around as if I hadn’t just been walking for like 3 hours straight. Is this like, a normal thing? Or am I an anomaly?
I just bought a portable dishwasher and am alarmed that no water seems to be draining out while instructions say to leave the facet on full-blast. The normal cycle is set for 2.5 hours of water but I shut it off after 15 minutes because I just don't by that the small countertop unit can contain as much water as is being pumped into it with no water leaving. I'm afraid of water backing up and damaging my pipes. Does anyone have any information about what makes it work?
The same light has multiple reflections at various angles on a single surface, with only white light reflecting in the center, and rainbow everywhere else. How?
It's a small heater on my wall. It has no name, brand or serial so I can't find any instructions online. I don't know how it works, so I don't know if it works or not.
So I have this puzzle in one of my escape rooms, i cant remember the name of this film and I'm down to my last props, if anyone knows please tell me so I can sleep in peace, thanks in advance
It is in a small handheld prop, the orange plastic its in is just a way to make it look more suitable for the puzzle but Im more interested in the film itself, when you hold it up to your eye while looking at a LED light, it takes the shape of an animal (in this case its a dolphin)
heres a pic of what im talking about
There must have originally been an adaptor or something? It’s got the same end as a 9V adaptor?
I’m staying in a fancy hotel and I’m too embarrassed to phone the front desk. The room includes a soaking tub with hand shower. For the life of me, I can not figure out how to turn on the hand shower. Help!
I bought this weird thing in an op shop. I think it is an amazingly over engineered egg cooker. Does anyone know how to use it?
How does this two part slide work and what is it called
I’ve never seen one with the sharp edge in front. I don’t know what was cut off on the handle.
I can’t for the life of me figure out how the glass is attached but it doesn’t move, you can even lift the table by the glass and it’s quite heavy.
We can get it to light up, by pushing the power button, then there are two dashes by the top and bottom cook surface icons. But we can't seem to get either of them to heat up. None of the other buttons do anything when the dashes are lit by the icons.
Anyone can help? Thanks!
