I spent my gems on getting the Skyveil Feathers and Vita, and also got Herrscher of Finality via the spending bonus. But now, I don't have the gems to get Waxing Moon. Will there be another chance to grind for one in the future? And until then, what is the recommended weapon for her to use, since I don't know any good weapon recommended for her?

I haven't played this game much in awhile, this is def a motivator

I've been playing through Chapters 25-28 now, and I'm currently playing Chapter 28, and Durandal's journey she took to the Sea of Quanta with Rita has been mentioned so many goddamn times. But I can't seem to find any official in-game story or a manga or something that actually details this journey, and how Bianka got the name Durandal and such. 25EX - Immortal blades >!shows Bianka meeting Shigure Kira and Niggurath again!< and being familiar, but I didn't play through any story like that and it was my first time meeting them.

So in essence, I'm wondering if there's any official story content, in game or otherwise, that shows that mission to the Sea of Quanta, since I can't find anything. Thank you in advance.

Hello everyone. Do you think Vita will join the roaster of Honkai: Star Rail characters (at this point) as a masked fool?

Just a little less than half a day ago v7.9 hit the CN servers, and with it came the long awaited Collab's event.

Before reading further it is recommended to:

• Have done the story up to Part 2 Chapter 5
• Played through or have some understanding of the Honkai Salvation Log Event.

Setup:

!The player randomly finds themselves in Oxia in Ai-Chan (the one from Salvation Log)'s body. !<

!Miss Administrator, Ai Hyperion Lambda, needed the players' help once again. Unlike last time where we got stuck in the game while using a VR headset, Ai projected our consciousness directly into Ai-Chan's data while we were sleeping. ^((Is this technically kindapping?))!<

!However there's a big difference this time around. We are not in Honkai Impact 3rd (The game created by Lambda) but in the Mars of the real Honkai World. But, the player in the story is not aware of this, believing themselves to just be in the game like last time.!<

The Game Begins

!Some time ago, in Oxia. Sparkle and Vita meet for the first time.!<

!Vita hears that some alien like Sparkle has set their eyes on her dearest Dreamseeker.!<

!Sparkle claims to know all secrets about this planet and was even aware of Vita's powers beforehand. ^((In other words she did her research).)!<

!The Player wakes up in a new world.!<

!Welcome to the Fool's Game.!<

!This is a dream created by another Masked Fool and Sparkle brought us inside it.!<

!Using recreation of locations from the HSR storyline as background assets. And the look of people from the Solar System as NPCs, this game is created on Mars.!<

!If our group wins, the Fools will give up messing with Mars. However if we lose... there's nothing guaranteeing that they won't do something unpredicatble and beyond common sense on this planet.!<

!After this, Sparkle and Vita get the Fool's Deck (a Deck of cards which they use to play the game and deal with conflicts) and must finish tasks to beat the levels and move on to the next world.!<

Personal Thoughts

The good:

• !No reliance on HSR Lore knowledge (as far as act 1), as the terms are alien to even the player in story.!<

• !Interesting plot setup that bridges in the gaps before the events of Chapter 5. !<

• !A story were we are not having characters pointing fingers at Vita without evidence 24/7 even when she is the major helper towards the cast. ^((I'm looking at you Theresa)) !<

• !Vita is acting like her usual self, with no overabundance of teasing and messing around. Not like the almost stereotypical representation of her which only treat her as "Bad Woman"^(TM) and expecially not the out of character mess that was that scene on Chapter 5.!<

The bad:

• !Event contains spoilers to the main story, including the big reveal of Chapter 3-EX of Part 2 and is a semi-follow up of a past event. Making it not the best for newcomers coming to the game for the collab.!<

• !Personally afraid of future acts since eventually they will have to bridge this with Vita becoming a Masked Fool which is the decision in the story that I found the most baffling amongst all of the time I've put on this game.!<

Zenless is known for its wipeout butt shots. Guess HI3 has its own version too.

So sorry if this is like really stupid, I’ve just been going through all the new stigmata’s and hers is the one that gives the most before being locked behind the “[name here] equip bonus.”

Anyways, I’ve always played the game off and on up until recently, and I’ve never been the smartest player. Therefore, my stigs on Aponia are SCARY. Though, the benefits of Boltstorm’s stigs LOOK like they could apply to Aponia in a sort-of weird support standpoint. Now, I don’t know if it would really work with her based on the requirements, BUT what I do know is Aponia’s weapon active is simply press button, I do damage while your other character does damage.

T and M: Isn’t great. Offers an OK amount of lightning damage, but the important stuff is locked behind the character.

B: I really like the enemies taking bonus dmg as well, since it’s good dmg boost PLUS that before being locked behind the character.

NOWS WHERE IM GETTING THEORETICAL (the set buffs)

The weapon active (2 pc) would definitely benefit Eden and whoever your third is. That’s just a simple weapon active.

NOW, here’s where the base stats of Boltstorm’s stuff comes in. In terms of base stats they look pretty good, but I’m focusing on if Aponia could ACTUALLY get the benefits from these stigmata’s. Though, it is only five seconds (suxs to suck).

THOUGH, the third piece is what really intrigued me. Theoretically if this sort of thing would work on Aponia, that’s 150% damage bonus for Eden (or whoever else). BUT, the problem is that it says for 1 second, then Boltstorm no cooldown. I don’t know if that cd is for the cooldown of the 15 stacks (1s) OR for that 1 second of boost (which would make it absolutely pointless on Aponia even tho it’s basically pointless anyhow).

ANYWAYS, I know she is not meta, I have meta, I'm not like "oh my gosh pleasssee shes the best I have." BUT it would be fun to play her when I can and I have everything else I need for her BUT her stuff (eden stacccckked)

ANYWAYS, I don’t feel like grinding for somewhat reasonable stigs for her when she’s BAD compared to the p2 characters (and I don’t need it cuz I’m cool with the meta bro), BUT would it assist her better than the atrocity I have going on now? Could I make her viable in silly scenarios to keep the p1 dream alive?
