Alternate URL's based on Status Check results (or network)

I am using Dashy as my home dashboard. I do have a few on my docker containers accessible via port forwarding, but when I'm at home, I'd like to access them locally. Is there a way to create a single widget where the target URL is chosen based on status check? For instance, if I do a status check for 192.168.1.7:8989 comes back good, then dashy would navigate to that link, however, if not, then it would go to home.DOMAIN.com/sonarr.

Is this a thing?

need for icons of popular application

I am trying several homedash options.. dashy, Homer, Homarr .

The first thing i missed was a collection of icons to illustrate the links.

I can use icon links to external sites but that is not what i am preferring for a home dash.

Any thoughts?

Currently rocking Flame

Liking it so far but I have seen the recent updates to Dashy and it looks awesome so I might switch later.
