Does this count if its all on the desk?
I bought a powerbank (VOOE Powerbank 25800 mAh - from Amazon) in 2019 and used it for about 4 years. One day, however, it could no longer be charged. I then put it in the plastic storage bag (months ago) and packed it in a box. Today I was looking for something else in the box and suddenly found the old power bank again. However, the casing was now “open” and some sort of swollen “cushions” were sticking out. I don't know what to do with them now? Will they stretch even further? Why is this happening? Can they suddenly burst and leak? I hope I'm asking the question in the right forum, thank you!
