Hello all,
ill try to keep this short...
I was fortunate enough to get my hands on a SIG PE 90 from the late 80s. its one of the very first volleys of rifles produced by SIG AG and came complete with its mallet and various accessories. the rifle was NEVER shot (aside calibration/test shots from factory).
Im a fairly avid shooter and plan in participating in several shooting event/competitions this year, where these rifles are regularly used. im torn between using this pe 90 or just biting the bullet and getting a second one, even beat up, to use in these events.
what would you folks do? TYIA
Good evening everyone, I'm going to be buying a pre kriegsmodell German k98 soon. Not yugo or Russian capture. Im trying to get all matching. What are things I should watch out for that you have seen?
Can anyone help?
My FiL has an old 16 gauge Browning shotgun. I would post pics but he took terrible photos.
The serial number is A14702. Again, I spent some time searching the web and couldn't find any history on it. He is mostly looking for the year of manufacture. Any other info would be appreciated.
Thanks all!
what are some of the bigger/popular sellers of C&R items? I love old stuff and looking for sellers that have a lot of things to chose from and get new odd ball stuff pretty regularly. I used SOG a lot back in the day but they closed apparently
Hello fellow collectors
Has anyone ever seen an MP40 made in 1944 or 1945 ? I have seen some MP38s and MP40s over the years and I have tried finding one on google and I have never seen one marked 1945 or BNZ 44 or BNZ 45 or any MP40 from any factories made after '43.
I saw this chart and on Wikipedia it says it was made until 1945.
Picture taken at the early years of Japanese ruling of Taiwan (1895~1945). Can anyone identify the rifle holding by the left native warrior? Presumably a percussion rifle?
I am looking for either the specs to machine one or a line on the part itself. Please help!
