Pics of Pigs.
I’m happy to say the game was a hit with our play testers Pippin, Marmite, and Nergal!
I’ll put a link to a free PDF of the rules in the comments :)
We lost our dearest piggy, Pip, today. My daughter is just devastated and Pip’s little sister seems confused.
[picture of my sweet boy bart for attention] i'm not sure it this is allowed to be posted but it is awful and i want the mods to see! extreme_problem5666 is posting videos mutilating, abusing, killing, and torturing guinea pigs in here, is there any way to get him banned from this group???? i saw one video and it made me sick to my stomach :( mods delete if needed, but i just wanted to see if there is something that could be done.
i've reported every single post, DO NOT go on that account if you don't want to see these horrible posts :(
Strawberry wrapped and suspended with a pajama string. Without having anything to stand on or brace themselves with they show remarkable balance and coordination as well as grabbing the strawberry with their teeth while it was swing.
Just came home from my 24 hour shift for a break. Said hello to my piggies and play with them a little before I go back. My newest rescue isn’t moving so much and seems to not be using his back legs. Any advice? No 24 hour vets that see Guinea pigs around me and my vet doesn’t open for another 7-8 hours.
Only took a few days, but Misty is warming up to me nicely! She is an adventurous one who loves to be outside her cage, running around the house. The cool part is, I leave the cage door open and she always finds her way back into her home. Also she gets along with the Husky and Goldie! Really lucked out finding this baby!
So as some of you know, I found two baby piggies the other day in the rain. Misty, the female is doing very well, very spunky. Running around, wheeking and loving on me. Ash, the male, however is acting very odd. He’s very slow to move around and extremely wobbly. He literally will just sit there staring at the side of the cage for hours as pictured. He’ll also just sit by the pellets for hours and eat them. I think he was either abused and beaten or something hit him on the head. Thoughts?

Discovered these two hiding underneath my lounge chairs in the rain covered in mud because my Husky was obsessed with trying to get underneath them. Poor babies, they got a nice bath and good thing I had left over supplies from my last pair! The silverish one is a male and the black and tan one is female. Speaking of the female, I think she is pregnant too.
I recently adopted a bonded pair of ~2 year old female piggies. They have lots of out of hutch time but I also have 2 (geriatric) cats. The cats love the pigs (the tuxedo cat likes to groom them and the orange kitty watches them and nibbles on their hay). The piggies are interested and seem unafraid of the cats.
We had no intention of letting the pigs hang with the cats but their interactions through the cage indicated that the cats didn’t see them as a toy/prey and the pigs didn’t see the cats as predators. Their time together is always supervised and the cats are not allowed in the hutch. Any advice regarding cat/pig interactions??
