Right now, im unable to build using cmake after following the steps given in the documentation.

i am able to build and run when using the development branch however.

• OS: EndeavourOS Linux x86_64
• CPU: Intel i5-4200M (4) @ 3.1GHz
• RAM: 8gb

I am trying to use gridcoin container on my unraid server, it got deployed ok but when i connect to noVNC i get this error

When i check the logs of the container i see the following:
"QStandardPaths: XDG_RUNTIME_DIR not set, defaulting to '/tmp/runtime-default'

Gridcoin: Cannot obtain a lock on data directory "/headless/.GridcoinResearch". Gridcoin is probably already running and using that directory."

I removed the container, cleaned appdata and also removed BOINC to see if that would fix it, but i still get the same problem. Any ideas?

I’m new to Gridcoin (but a longtime BOINC user). I’ve joined the Gridcoin teams on my whitelisted projects and successfully installed the wallet. Staking is complete. Unfortunately, I have been unable to sync my wallet despite intense troubleshooting over the last two weeks. I have tried both solo and pool mode. Since I still have 0 coins, I presume I need to use pool mode for a while. I have set up my account manager, but have been unable to add an email through my wallet. Every project showed an error “email mismatch”. I would appreciate any suggestions on how to resolve this issue.

Gridcoin has literally the best wallet and one of the best purposes, yet I can't believe we can only trade this coin on a very shady and manipulative platform such as SafeTrade. If we can get Gridcoin listed on Binance the money from the listing will be paid the moment this goes boom, why can the leaders of this coin invest on it???

The Capture goes into a continuous loop of next, next, next and does so almost forever, sometimes for almost 30 minutes.

I have one more question regarding Gridcoin backend procedure, I've been on Gridcoin Solo Crunching for about a week and I've been trying to find a clear answer to this question. I crunch on my Gaming PC to support some research institutes and at the same time trying earn few GRC's side by side. Since I don't leave my PC turned on 24/7, but daily around 12-16 hours my PC crunch on Gridcoin different projects. I don't want to invest $ in gridcoin later. My specs are i7 9700K (8 CORES) With RX 6750XT 12GB. I have started as Solo crunching these above projects. But my Magnitude is for one project 0.03 with RAC of 408 and other one as 0.04 magnitude and RAC of 676.

My GRC coin are increasing at very slow pace. Any suggestions if my doing something wrong in the start up or do I need to add more projects? One more thing currently I have 3 projects added in BOINC manager. If I add more it shows new CPID instead of sticking to the old one and I get a CPID error. Please share your valuable suggestions to guide me throught.
