Some background: http://www.cbs58.com/story/34176673/our-hands-are-tied-city-of-waukesha-unable-to-block-proposed-cell-phone-tower
US cellular has taken advantage of this church in part because of the language barriers that the congregation faces. Apparently they have paid $.33 on the dollar to the church for comparable land and have the contract absolves US Cellular from all construction liabilities. Now they are using the Church's ridiculous contract as leverage in renegotiation with the city for moving this tower.
Current state law prohibits municipalities from interfering in any way with cell phone tower construction.
This is a modest and diverse neighborhood. We need help.
