Discussion and sharing of everything GTP

Received a new chondro about a month ago from a reputable breeder. Almost a year of age. The breeder noted its last defecation was a week before shipping.
Gave it two weekly meals (~6g fuzzy) then wanted to hold off until a proper defecation as it had then been 3 meals since a BM.
Skipping the meal at the 4th week I figured I would try and do some easy handling to get things moving which wasn’t a great experience, the animal was more of a runner and panicky so that ended short as I didn’t want to add any stress, it did drop some urates which I guess is nice. But but still no BM.
I’m now approaching week 5, excited because yesterday noticed the swollen head and dulled colors so I figured a shed had been backing things up. But disappointed to wake up to a perfect shed this morning but no defecation still.
Animal isn’t perching strange or in discomfort.
Hoping to hear how others would act/respond in my scenario, if/when I should be concerned. My other chondro isn’t as stressed during handling/soaking, which makes me more nervous on taking action with this little one.

I've never seen such GTP. I truly can't say if this is a real morph or just heavily edited.
I’ve seen that a lot of the pro keepers use cambro tubs & heat tape for juveniles and interested in giving this a shot.
Questions: • what does your setup for this entail? • what do you use as a top for the cambro tub? • what do you do for ventilation?
Pictures & videos would be helpful as well :)
Looking to really step my game up as a keeper, and I’m eager to learn as much as possible prior to jumping into breeding
Im looking into getting a green tree python and have put a lot of research into it, its one of my dream snakes. I have experience in owning snakes so its not my first one, ive had 4 ball pythons and a red-tailed boa.
From what ive gathered GTPs are aggressive and not really handleable, which im okay with, but are there any tips on socializing them? If theres a way to make them just a little more docile, how so? Ive seen its best to get a removable pvc pipe/branch and take them out of the enclosure on that before attempting to remove them and its best to let them approach you instead of picking them up considering their temperament and fragility. But ive also seen there are GTPs who arent all that aggressive unless food is involved.
Regarding the enclosure I understand a bioactive enclosure is best, are there any recommendations on live plants that do well in high humidity environments?
What are some things I should know on owning a GTP?
I'm looking into getting a focus cube, but not entirely sure what the best setup would be as they come with such customization.
I've been keeping GTPs since 2015 and have heard a lot of conflicting feedback around whether heat lamps are ideal for them. I see a lot of the pro keepers decide not to use heat lamps.
I've personally always used them, as they seem quite effective for many reasons, but there are some obvious downsides such as maintaining humidity.
Interested in hearing others' experience and opinions.
Hi, I will get baby GTP is helf years old . I want to set up an enclosure for him. How many sizes of general setting? And if setup over-sizes of enclosure (15.5"x11"x11") is okay?
Hey. Anyone using pvc enclosures for their gtps there? Been thinking about switching from wood to pvc lately. Need to hear reviews. Europe based though
