Does anyone have any recs for a furniture repair company that can fix a wooden dining table? One of the table’s legs broke off completely. Most places I call do cosmetic repairs only.
What’s the best deal for a tree in GP? Hoping not to spend a million
Anyone know of any adult netball clubs nearby? There is MINC in LES but I am looking for something a bit nearer. Thanks
Did anyone else hear that extremely loud echoing sound? I can't even begin to think what it could be? Does anyone have any idea?
anyone know of any legit gobbler/Thanksgiving sandwiches nearby? I already tried one from Mission and it was lackluster. Thanks y’all!
Does anyone know any other place in the city that sells 6 mini cucumbers for $5.99? Maybe they are removing the seeds one by one? Insanity!
My vintage bathroom sustained a broken shower tile. Looking for a seasoned professional only.
Thanks!

Any regulars here? Or is it mostly just kids?
I know there are a lot of secret spots in the neighborhood.
Received this in my email. Sounds interesting/ needed given the city we live in, I wanted to share for folks who may be interested. Hoping to meet folks from the neighborhood who’re interested to make some local like-minded friends. Happy weekend
Is there a need for a laundromat in northern Greenpoint? Those who live there, where do you go?
Hi, has anyone seen any businesses in North Brooklyn / Queens with Plastic Bag Recycling?
Staples on Meeker used to have two drop off bins but they got rid of them over the past couple of months.
Legally large retail stores are supposed to have them, but they seem to be disappearing (the grocery store that I would occasionally go to on Long Island that had a bin has also recently gotten rid of it).

Any help is appreciated.
I missed the library donation drive in Oct and am clueless where else to bring them. I know that I can put them out in a box and they’ll be sorted through but I’d like to keep that as last option.
Happy Thanksgiving!
Hey folks! My name is Brenden and I am the manager over at Action City Comics! We are having a huge sale at the store this weekend and wanted to get the word out. We are giving 15% off all back issues in the shop. We are also running a buy one, get one 50% off (cheaper of the 2) on all Trades, Manga’s, kids books, graphic novels and more. We really want to see you all here this weekend. We stocked the hell out of trades this holiday season. We are open from 11-8 everyday this weekend. I may even stay later. Get that nice gift for your loved one or pile up that backlog. I hope to see your faces this weekend. Thank you for your time!

I’m looking for a solid barber (for my beard). Any recommendations based on past experiences? Thank you 🙏
Saw they’re renovating the outside and I’m curious.
Do any Christmas tree vendors set up near/on mcgolrick park? So far this season, the closest I’ve seen is over by Bernie’s on Driggs
Not sure if it’s related to the holiday but east of Mcguiness was a parking lot this afternoon. Curious if anyone is noticing how Mcguiness shedding a couple lanes is changing things.
