What is the maximum level for characters?

• Level 15

What is the maximum level for businesses?

• Level 10

How much liquor do I make from Lahey trunks?

• 100 liquor every 4 hours. It builds up over time, but the best bang for your buck is getting it as soon as possible.

Do costume upgrades count towards character upgrade goals?

• Nope.

Do I need to wear the costume to receive its bonus?

• No, they are all active at all times.

I have a business upgrade goal to do, but I have maxed out all of my businesses. Am I fucked?

• Nope. Contact support and they will fix it for you. (You will no longer get this goal after Season 40, FYI)

How to I get new characters and costumes?

• Commons are Rares are from goals and boss trunks. Epics and Costumes are from events. (Although sometimes you can get a costume from a boss trunk)

How often do they release events?

• Every Thursday. Sometimes there is an additional one-day mini event in the middle of the week.

How long are the events?

• They go from Thursday 5PM EST to Monday 5PM EST. Click here for timezone conversion.

I failed an event. Is that it?

• No. Event characters are regularly up for grabs again in later events.

My game progress is gone. What do I do?
