this is not important at all but i was wondering if anyone else noticed that prime video no longer has good omens profile image options? my profile image is still crowley but i can’t find the good omens option on the selection menu. is this just me??

I've been looking for something, maybe someone of you can help?
I'd really like to have the miracle sound of the series as a message/notification sound on my mobile. (Preferably the angelic version, but I'd happily take the demonic version as well.) I already found someone uploaded a video "All miracle sounds in Good Omens" to YouTube. But there's always background noise and I'm not at all skilled with audio manipulation programs to separate it... That's why I came here to ask: did someone already try to get a “pure“ take of this sound or knows where to find it?

I started and finished watching Good Omens only last week, after reading the book a few years ago. Granted this is the first fandom I’ve ever seriously delved into fan fiction for, but I have laughed and cried and been simply blown away by the quality of writing and storytelling that this fandom puts forth and appreciates.

You lot are some talented, high class individuals and I’m so chuffing proud of you all.

The same thing honestly goes for german internet friends overall tbh. They all either life around cologne for further away. Or worse, be very forgettable. I’m not feeling very optimistic at the moment. I’m trying to feel differently about it but right now I don’t. Not only are they squeezing six episodes into one but they barely had time to write it. It’s not that I don’t think 90 minute films can’t be good, I can, I’m a big believer in quality over quantity. It’s just that most well done 90 minute films were written around that length AND were given a lot more time to be written and edited. Because of this, I can’t see how the Good Omens finale won’t turn out to be anything other than a cheaply written Doctor Who side plot. I’m not desperate enough for closure to forget about bad quality.

Hi guys! First timer here. Not usually on reddit, but figured this would be the best place to ask. I remember watching a video on YouTube named something like "Ineffable Ways to Unwind after Stopping Armageddon". It was a comedy sketch where two girls cosplayed AziCrow and did some silly things, including Crowley confessing to burning the library of Alexandria. I haven't watched it in years, and now I can't seem to find it. Was it taken down or something?

I made some Good Omens themed Bracelets. I want to redo the Aziraphale one when I get more charms, since I'm not to big of a fan on the harp I used when making it.

I've been looking for an AO3 fic I read last year for months and months now and was wondering if anyone here could help.

In it, Aziraphale finds Crowley (in his flat, I believe) struggling with the trauma from his fall and the physical effects it had on him. The fic explores how Crowley is covered in festering injuries like other demons and in constant pain but unlike other demons, he hides his. However, they are suddenly getting worse and he is unable to disguise then. When he becomes ill and delirious with a fever, Aziraphale becomes worried and finds hi. Aziraphale heals his burns (I remember a considerable focus on the ones around his eyes, caused by the tears/grace burning him)human way. At one point Crowley is yell/praying at God. And when he wakes he is angry at Aziraphale for healing his burns because hes tried in the past and they always come back.

I just caught the GO bug about 3 weeks ago. I am already in frequent rewatch mode of the Amazon Prime show and am completely smitten! As an adult child of a dysfunctional family, I am pleasantly surprised to see how fluent the show is with emotionally scarred folks wrestling with their trauma on the way to recovery. It has become a bit of therapy for me. I'd love to see more discussion on that and how it might figure into the season 3 movie, if anyone is game.
