When you have for example multiple Slayer heroes, does the extra point to momentum stack?
I bought the Eternal Glade set, Blackjaw and Rhodri sets. I really like them and now I am thinking about buying the borderlands set or 2 champion packages.
So, I am looking for inspiration from you guys!
I was thinking about getting Shayle, since strong large entities are always cool, but do they get swarmed by Champions with more followers?
Haven’t played this game yet, but I’m interested in introducing it to my Heroscape group of six players. That’s a lot of players.
Is it feasible or conducive to play Godtear as a 3vs3 skirmish game while being fun and too much waiting for your turn?
I have a Borderlands Starter with a few models with paint/prime and a Shayle box w/o any paint on it.
They're looking for a new home. Here are some images: https://imgur.com/gallery/miniswap-3WMcpyT
If you are interested and could give me like $15 and pay for shipping they are yours.
I can't seem to find what the warband tokens are for. I see that in some scenarios they are placed closer to the center of the ladder. I'm tapping out on searching for why and asking.
Hey all! I wanted to show you my Fenra paint. This isn't my first ever miniature (I've done some D&D minis), but it's my first GodTear figure.
Working on the Chainless Curs next!
I had so much fun! I want to paint so much more minies :D
Anyone play in TTS and have interest in playing a few intro games with me?
I own the starter and have read through the rules but would like to play with someone to ensure I have a firm grasp on them before introducing others.
Hi! Today I had my first game (against myself) in order to learn the basics so I can "teach" a friend who will also be trying the game tomorrow.
I think the core rules were pretty easy to grasp but I still have some questions about them:
1 Movement: When moving followers within a group of models, can they join to form a group, separate and move in different directions or do they must remain together? And can they move through friendly models?
2 Objective hexes: Once an objective is succesfully claimed at the end of the turn, does the hex get removed as if the champion had gotten that godtear for themselves or does the banner just dissppear and the objective hex still remains there? (I played as if It were the later case because I couldn't find it in the rules)
3 Movement (through objective hexes): Even though only champions can enter an objective hex with a banner to remove It, can they followers move through unclaimed objective hexes or are they like walla for them? And do champions just need to enter the hex in order to remove the banner or do they also need some kind of "unclaim" action?
Sorry if many of these questions are stupid for veteran players, I just want to be sure I'm getting the rules right.
For those Who are wondering, my test game was Finvarr vs Titus. Finvarr won at the 4th round but It was a very swingy and intense Game, really enjoyed how the tables could turn at any moment!
Is there a TTS community/Discord? I recently purchased a starter box and want to check it out. I am already in the main SFG Discord, it seems pretty dead there.
If I knockout a larged based follower can my opponent recruit it like a small based follower?
As this suggest. Are their any players in the Tulsa area? I'm staying in Tulsa for work so I have plenty of time to kill and love this game but don't have people to play against. Anyone players in Tulsa I might be able to get a game against. I don't want to being my stuff down south if their are no players.
Hi! I've been looking this game for a while and It seems really fun!
I'm planning to start a collection soon and my idea was to start with both starter boxes and an extra champion of each color.
My current picks for the extra champions are Lilly, Keera, Kailinn and Helena. But I also really like Fenra and Mournblade so might end up choosing them instead of Kailinn and Helena.
I don't plan to play competitive since I prefer playing casual with friends and my main reason to choose this champions is the look of their models.(And if possible their reusability for D&D and Frostgrave).
Is this a good way to get into the game?
Haven’t done a new one since Christmas. He was a fun one to paint.
Hi all! I have been passively eyeing this game from afar for about a year or so now, but today I went by my LGS and I saw the 2 starters plus 2 Champion packs (Fenra and Lily) so I pulled the trigger and purchased them. I also ordered Jaak and Keera on Amazon. (I wanted 2 of each class/color) I’m super excited to play my first game! I’m a bit of a collector and I took a look on SFG website and I saw that everything was on sale. Are there any recommendations on packs to pick up first? I intend to eventually get them all so my friends and family can try everything out as we learn the game and play more.
Looks like a 25% off sale on everything. I wonder if this is a bad sign or just a Gen Con sale still running….although ughn not much else is on sale on the site.
So its got a range 3, but the very first line says "Move one objective hex WITHIN range 1 hex"
So do can I target a hex 3 spaces away and move it within range 1 od her, or do I target a hex range 1 away and move it anywhere within 3 spaces?
Also, would banners come along for the ride if the hex I target has a banner on it?
