Hi guys I'm subleasing my apartment for the spring and summer 2025 term.

The apartment is a 4x4, it comes fully furnished, with an in unit washer and dryer, utilities included, and very close to campus.

When I left my husband and got divorced this past year, I experienced tidal waves of grief, guilt, and shame.

I felt so isolated.

But through all that difficulty, I finally started to learn how to trust myself on a much deeper level.

The transition was immensely difficult, but now my life is much more alive and authentic to who I really am.

During that tumultuous time I would have LOVED to be in a supportive group of strong women going through something similar.

Not just divorce or breakups, but any life changes both internal and external. Life transitions are MEANT to be held, supported, celebrated, grieved, and nurtured in community!

I want to create that experience for women here in Gainesville who are going through any and all life changes.

That is why I’ve decided to offer my skills as an acupuncturist and partner with two licensed therapists at Sage Wellness for a 3 week workshop series called Empowered Transitions.

This is group therapy COMBINED with acupuncture treatments for women going through any and all life changes (identity, career, relationships, etc.)

The acupuncture treatments will be gentle, yet profound. I’m lovingly and carefully choosing points that will help us to ground into unconditional self love and trust.

Two therapists will be there to facilitate group therapy sessions that will help to integrate and deepen the treatments.

This is a 3 part series Saturdays November 2nd, 9th, and 16th from 10-11:30am at Sage Wellness.

My name is Ashira and I'm about to graduate from UF this December. I'm looking for someone to sublease my apartment from mid-late December to the beginning of August 2024. It's at On20, right behind the Butler Plaza, and connects to busses 20,21 and 28 with a bus stop right in front of the complex's entrance.

I have two roommates, a girl, and a guy; both are nice and super easy to get along with, as I've been friends with them since freshman year. You'll have your own bathroom, and the room is fully furnished with a desk, dresser, and FullXL bed w/ mattress. I pay between 580-615 for rent per month+utilities, depending on the utilities that come in that price. I can absolutely offer more information/photos if requested. Ill be honest, i messed up and leased two places at the same time and the only way to get rid of it is for someone to take over my lease. The lease is at Lexington Crossing, they have a pool, Gym and plenty of parking. the room is a 4 bedroom that has 3 roommates, they are 420 friendly and mostly keep to themselves but are clean. the place has a washer and dryer. the monthly rent is $569 and utilities are around $45.
