I am urgently seeking to sublet my 4x4 apartment room at Lux13 Apartments in Gainesville, FL. Three roommates are all male undergrad seniors, OK with cats. Pre-furnished private bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom with overhead shower and large tub. Common area with 10ft ceilings, quartz countertops, energy-efficient stainless steel appliances, abundant cabinet space, and a front-loading washer and dryer. The apartment is a short bike or bus ride from UF's campus, and there are multiple restaurants and grocery stores (including Winn-Dixie, Wawa, Chipotle, Dollar General, and more) within a 2-5 minute walk from the apartment.

Hello, I am re-letting my room over at 2nd Avenue Centre Apartments in Gainesville, Florida. I'm currently looking at the Spring/Summer semesters (1/1/25 - 7/31/25). Rent is $984 per month. (I'm moving into a new place by then, and for obvious reasons I don't necessarily want to pay two rents...) I am, however, willing to pay for the first month's rent (January).

It is a two bedroom, two bath. It is shared spaced with my roommate (though the bathrooms are private). Furthermore, it is fully furnished, washer and dryer included, as well as internet. Any other amenities can be found on the 2nd Avenue Centre website (under 2/2 floor plan).

When I left my husband and got divorced this past year, I experienced tidal waves of grief, guilt, and shame.

I felt so isolated.

But through all that difficulty, I finally started to learn how to trust myself on a much deeper level.

The transition was immensely difficult, but now my life is much more alive and authentic to who I really am.

During that tumultuous time I would have LOVED to be in a supportive group of strong women going through something similar.

Not just divorce or breakups, but any life changes both internal and external. Life transitions are MEANT to be held, supported, celebrated, grieved, and nurtured in community!

I want to create that experience for women here in Gainesville who are going through any and all life changes.

That is why I’ve decided to offer my skills as an acupuncturist and partner with two licensed therapists at Sage Wellness for a 3 week workshop series called Empowered Transitions.

This is group therapy COMBINED with acupuncture treatments for women going through any and all life changes (identity, career, relationships, etc.)

The acupuncture treatments will be gentle, yet profound. I’m lovingly and carefully choosing points that will help us to ground into unconditional self love and trust.

Two therapists will be there to facilitate group therapy sessions that will help to integrate and deepen the treatments.

This is a 3 part series Saturdays November 2nd, 9th, and 16th from 10-11:30am at Sage Wellness.

My name is Ashira and I'm about to graduate from UF this December. I'm looking for someone to sublease my apartment from mid-late December to the beginning of August 2024. It's at On20, right behind the Butler Plaza, and connects to busses 20,21 and 28 with a bus stop right in front of the complex's entrance.

I have two roommates, a girl, and a guy; both are nice and super easy to get along with, as I've been friends with them since freshman year. You'll have your own bathroom, and the room is fully furnished with a desk, dresser, and FullXL bed w/ mattress.
