I wanna start this off by saying that I’m not trying to start any arguments. I don’t wanna get into any heated discussions about antisemitism. I’m not trying to cancel the writers or anything. I just noticed this and I haven’t seen anyone else talk about it.

Throughout the show I noticed that Mercedes does this thing whenever she’s mad at Racheal she puts a lot of emphasis on Racheal’s Jewishness. Like she will saying something like “I’m a great singer so why did this jewish girl get lead singer over me?”. I think this is weird af. I rlly don’t like when people emphasize people’s race/ethnicity/sexuality/whatever for no reason when they’re mad at someone. I’m not saying that they should’ve never put it in. I understand that none of them r meant to be the most likable character ever Yknow. But the thing about this is that usually when people do this in the show it’s shown to be a bad thing and they didn’t rlly do that with this. Idk I just feel like they treated this specific situation a lot differently then they treat other situations where characters say offensive shit. Or maybe they did and I missed it idk. Not trying to cancel anyone I just noticed this and I wanna hear y’all’s thoughts:) I hope this post wasn’t too long lol

I like that they gave Brittany more of a personality in a final season than just dumb character in the previous seasons

I’m making 2 playlists. 1 which is all my favorite glee songs and one that is inspired by my favorite ship, Faberry.

I would LOVE some suggestions for funny/witty playlist names. I used to have a glee playlist called “This Show Aged Like Milk” but the name was a bit too long for my taste.

I am watching Glee for the first time. I'm on season 3 and I'm cackling at Mercedes in the "Heart" episode where she says "1 out of every 10 people are gay. That means one of the twelve apostles probably was. My guess is Simon because his name is the gayest".

This is one of my favorite episodes in season 2 right after Blame It On The Alcohol.

I really liked that the Glee Club truly felt as a team. The Boys ready to fight the football team after the slushied Artie.

The girls joining the Football Team to help the boys help win the championship game. And of course Rachel had to put gold stars on her helmet and had she numbered 1 on her jersey. Also a great moment for Lauren to shine during the game. (Lauren Zizes was a great addition for the Glee Club and it was still upsetting that it only lasted one season)

A small moment showing of the friendship between Quinn and Brittany, Quinn making sure that Sue wasn’t going to shoot Brittany out of the cannon. Also the Unholy Trinity quitting the Cheerios an awesome moment.

Thriller/Heads Will Roll is one the best (my favorite) Mashups ever in the whole entire show. Artie and Santana were amazing.

And the Football Team playing as zombies was hilarious.

Honestly i think they tried to combine Quinn and Santana into kitty and it just didn’t work tbh

So recently I saw someone, on another forum, suggest Naya's, who is so missed and was such a good actress, comment about a Glee reunion in 2019 meaning that she believed Santana would be single and Brittana would be divorced or wouldn't make it long term since she called Santana probably a single mom when Brittana was married at the end of the show.

Personally this seems off to me with how much Naya has supported their relationship, though Naya of course was free to change her view anytime she was an amazing ally no matter what, while I personally lean towards the interview being more of "off the cuff" so to speak, I figured that for discussion and curiosity's sake, what do you think she meant or if she was just playing around and people took it to seriously?

(Unfortunately I know she got a bit of heat for this from some stans and I don't know if she ever responded to it, but either way that's just really disgusting behaviour to attack a actor/actress over an interview or opinion.)

I started watching glee when it was on glee in 2020 soon after I finished it it was revealed Naya was missing and it was so upsetting ☹️and then her death was announced 7 years exactly after correys death and I was so upset.We lost such talents and I'm still in denial we lost naya 🥲,I listened to if I die young and started sobbing

I know a revival is sorta unlikely, but I think a really interesting way to continue the series would be to sorta do like Glee: The Next Generation. Beth’s character should be entering high school around this time, so she could be the focal character. It could be based in the new and improved McKinley Arts School and maybe she’s in the New Directions/Trebletones or something? I suppose it doesn’t even have to bet set in Lima either even.

Since the first season there has been queer bait about Quinn being secretly queer and liking girls.

Especially around the time Faberry broke out in the tumblr.

But I can't think she's straight, to me she's 100% queer, like in season five when she sleeps with Santana and says it was a one-time thing, but when Santana asks if Quinn could handle a round 2, Quinn quickly accepts.

And that deleted scene where Quinn was almost CRYING saying that Rachel couldn't marry Finn Hudson.

Anyone who followed the series when it was shown? is there any blind on this?
