Hello Reddit,
My name is Joshua Restuccia. I am a current high school student from Orlando, Florida. I am currently working on a research study analyzing the risk factors of severe injuries in parkour by surveying parkour athletes with the goal of developing ways to practice parkour in a safer manner as well as alleviate misconceptions about the sport. This study will contribute to the limited academic literature on the sport of parkour. All responses are anonymous and will remain confidential. I would greatly appreciate if you would take some of your time to take this survey and help contribute to the parkour community. All responses are appreciated, it should take no longer than 10 minutes. If you have any questions regarding the survey, please email me at joshua.restuccia@gmail.com.

Thank you for your time.
Ive been working corks for a long time now and I just can’t seem to get my landing right. I get plenty of height and rotation but I can’t land it. Any tips? The only thing I haven’t tried it straightening my legs but I can’t seem to get it just right
