There's no tougher position in football than defensive back. Debate your mother, cousin, stepdad, whoever you want, but it's the truth. The sheer confidence one needs to play on an island or act as the last line of defense is astounding and honestly reflects how these guys live in real life. Remember, the story of Deion Sanders running the 40 and then sprinting straight into his limo? That's not going to happen today, but we're about to see some freaks get freaky. https://4ormypeople.com/athletics/2020/3/1/78hlq753040gq3e7uqmfo5s8hk3tvh
We've finally reached the day when the guys who tackle get their chance to chase the bag of money at the end of the interview. This marks the portion of the combine where the real freaks, savages and beasts pop out and do their stuff. If your team is looking for linebackers, pass rushers and defensive linemen, Day 3 is for you. https://4ormypeople.com/athletics/2020/2/29/10-players-to-pay-attention-to-on-day-3-of-the-nfl-combine

As cliche, there’s evidence to back it up football games being won in the trenches. And maybe that’s why the running backs and offensive linemen have their own day at the combine -- we don’t count the guys who use their feet for a living, none of us care. The fat boys, however, they mean something. These dancing bears pave holes for the smaller/faster guys, and all of a sudden, you’re wearing down an opponent in January and hoisting a Lombardi a few weeks later. As the two position groups compete to begin their professional livelihoods at the world’s most televised meat market, we’ll put you on game, giving you our 10 players expected to shine on Day 2. https://4ormypeople.com/athletics/2020/2/27/10-player-to-pay-attention-to-on-day-2-of-the-nfl-combine
The underwear Olympics crept up on me for the first time in maybe 10 years. There's a sense of shame I feel in this admission. I've been waking up at the crack of dawn to watch the combine and politic with friends in the NFL scouting community for so long that it felt awkward not remembering the last week of February marks the official start of the new football season. Now that I've gathered myself and it's time for the most pointless and commercialized job interview in the world -- there are 16 new drills LOL --, it's time to breakdown players to watch on Day 1 of the event -- wideouts, quarterbacks and tight ends. Oh and fuck hand size. https://4ormypeople.com/athletics/2020/2/27/10-players-to-pay-attention-to-on-day-1-of-the-nfl-combine
Coaches I have made a private group for you to come in and trade video/playbooks. Tired of trying to track people down all over to get video, and I could not find any groups. Would like to turn this into a common ground where we have a resource of the most up to date film and schemes in football.
On Jan. 7, 1997, a baby G.O.A.T. by the name of Lamar Demeatrice Jackson Jr. hopped off the porch in Pompano Beach (FL). Fast-forward to 2020, and the boy whose gridiron career commenced in the backyard with his mom transformed into a 23-year-old man on his way to the NFL's MVP award. https://4ormypeople.com/athletics/2020/1/7/baby-goat-b-day-lamar-jackson-turns-23
A lot of prime guys and fantasy mavens were left off the Pro Bowl list this year. Which one of your PPR studs missed the cut? https://4ormypeople.com/athletics/2019/12/19/where-is-the-love-biggest-pro-bowl-snubs-of-2020
Does anyone have any Coach's Film from this season? Looking for All 22, not game broadcasts. I've got a ton of 2018 or later stuff that I can trade, but looking to get my hands on some more up to date stuff if possible. Specifically interested in Air Raid offenses (any level, doesn't have to be Div 1), but I'll take anything at this point.
Talked about his love for the Lakers, what it means to be a Hot Boy and more. https://4ormypeople.com/athletics/2019/11/20/qampa-with-the-boys-dallas-cowboys-dt-antwaun-woods
Technology allows Baby Boomers like Bill Belichick to fuck with the Snapface. And with new advancements brought to the game of football, we can now calculate the cool shit, like which players ran the fastest each week. In Week 14 of 2019, speed enthusiast got their fix with a couple of blazing performances. https://4ormypeople.com/athletics/2019/12/11/speed-kills-five-fastest-football-players-from-week-14-of-2019
Hey coaches, does anyone here have any all 22 game film of UCF from their 2017 or 2018 seasons? I loved their up tempo offense and I'd love to study it.
Got to sit down with Cowboys linebacker Justin March-Lillard and talk about everything from his celebrity crush, favorite athletes and the best part of being a Dallas Cowboy https://4ormypeople.com/athletics/2019/10/9/qampa-with-the-boys-dallas-cowboys-lb-justin-march-lillard
Los Angeles plays in the best conference in football, but that shouldn't keep the Rams from securing a playoff spot. The 49ers will eventually tail off, as they're a year or two away from real success, but Russell Wilson poses a massive threat for the NFC West crown. Despite the hurdles, McVay and the boys will leap back to the NFC Championship Game this year. Book it. https://4ormypeople.com/athletics/2019/10/9/2019-nfl-power-rankings-no-3-los-angeles-rams
Yes, there are some glaring weaknesses in Philadelphia, one being Nelson Agholor’s hands -- just ask my man the firefighter -- but this is still a Top-5 team that will be competing when the weather gets colder and the football means something. https://4ormypeople.com/athletics/2019/10/2/2019-nfl-power-rankings-no-5-philadelphia-eagles
As a Cowboys fans, writing about New Orleans feels treasonous. I'm no fool, however, I know Sean Payton and Co. boast one of the best teams in the NFL with or without Drew Brees. Despite the loss of the face of the franchise, the Saints shouldn't skip a beat. Sean Payton’s one of the best in-game coaches in the business and you can’t fabricate the type of continuity the Saints’ locker room possesses. Dudes genuinely like each other and play for each other. The schedule may not be as favorable, but there’s no reason New Orleans doesn’t win the division. 11-5 https://4ormypeople.com/athletics/2019/9/27/2019-nfl-power-rankings-no-6-new-orleans-saints
If there's anything you should have learned from this past week's game against the Chiefs, it's that the Ravens are forreal. You lost by five points without Jimmy Smith, and they missed an offsides call on the touchdown to Mecole Hardman. With that said, Ingram looked great, Lamar continued to show his ability to make throws outside the numbers, and the tight ends will be matchup problems all year. This team is special. If they aren’t in the AFC Championship Game facing either New England or Kansas City, I’ll be shocked. Barring injury, there should be nothing that stops this offense from rolling over everybody in its path. 11-5 https://4ormypeople.com/athletics/2019/9/25/2019-nfl-power-rankings-no-7-baltimore-ravens
No reason to fret, Philip Rivers is still the quarterback. Melvin Gordon is on his way back. And the defense is still one of the league's most feared. After a death march in the team’s first three games, the schedule gets much easier. Los Angles has a Week 4 meeting with tanking Miami, then faces struggling Denver twice, Mason Rudolph and the Steelers, Marcus Mariota’s Titans and the Raiders twice. Things will improve and improve pretty quickly. Record Prediction: 10-6. https://4ormypeople.com/athletics/2019/9/25/2019-nfl-power-rankings-no-8-los-angeles-chargers
I wanted to rank the Bears in my Top Five. I believe the defense is the tits. There's just one major flaw — Mitchell Trubisky aka Mr. Biscuit. I don't want to discredit his performance during Chicago's 31-15 victory over Washington in Week 3. The 2017 draft's No. 2 pick threw his first of three touchdown passes of the season. Let's keep it a buck, however. The Bears scored 24 points off turnovers, including a pick-six and one drive in which they engineered a touchdown of just four yards. https://4ormypeople.com/athletics/2019/9/24/2019-nfl-power-rankings-no-9-chicago-bears
The Texans' offense has more artillery than a trap house. Depsite the woes on the offensive line, the unit should grow in time and allow Deshaun time to use his weapons to the fullest. Defensively ,the team is stocked, boasting one of the league's better front sevens even with the loss of Jadeveon Clowney. There should be no reason Houston doesn't rule the south. https://4ormypeople.com/athletics/2019/9/20/2019-nfl-power-rankings-no-11-houston-texans
There's absolutely no reason to stress over Week 1 results. All good things take time and the Browns will be just fine. The offense will get its timing down and that'll ultimately lead to more points on the board. And the defense has way too much talent to give up 40-plus points on a consistent basis -- or even ever again. Adjustments will be made and this team should make the playoffs. Baker's full of juice, and I don't think he can deal with the idea of going out a loser. https://4ormypeople.com/athletics/2019/9/12/2019-nfl-power-rankings-no-13-cleveland-browns
I'm a big fan of Tomlin. I understand he's not a favorite among Steelers fans, but he's better than the majority of coaches out here. With AB and Le'Veon out of Pittsburgh, can he lead a new cast of characters to a Super Bowl? Despite getting manhandled by Tom Brady and Co., the defense should be much improved in 2019. The question is whether the offense can function with so many new parts. https://4ormypeople.com/athletics/2019/9/12/2019-nfl-power-rankings-no-14-pittsburgh-steelers
You guys may have started out the season slow, but Atlanta will be fine in 2019. The defense is actually healthy. Matt Ryan and the offense shouldn't struggle for long. And you guys have a ball-hawking defense that's going to get better as the season progresses. https://4ormypeople.com/athletics/2019/9/8/2019-nfl-power-rankings-no-15-atlanta-falcons
I've been a massive fan of Sam Darnold since his freshman year of USC. Like obsessed with his tools as a quarterback. His ability to make plays off-script and huge arm reminds me of Aaron Rodgers. There's no tailback in professional football like Le' Veon Bell. His running style is one of a kind, as he employs a rare type of patience to lull defenders to sleep before popping out of the backfield and speeding through an open hole. Add speed on the outside and a dominant defense and the Jets are building what could turn into a dynasty. https://4ormypeople.com/athletics/2019/9/5/2019-nfl-power-rankings-no-16-new-york-jets
Aaron Rodgers returns with a new head honcho in charge in Matt LaFleur. The running game should be improved from a year ago. And though young, the defense boasts a ton of talent. What are your expectations for the 2019 Packers? https://4ormypeople.com/athletics/2019/9/5/2019-nfl-power-rankings-no-17-green-bay-packers
