Any and all news related to foosball. If you have videos, pictures, or stories about foosball post them here.
Any post which is a direct link to a product for sale, or website which sole purpose is to generate sales will be taken down. I have to delete several of these a week and am going to start banning users with multiple offences (You've been warned.) Linking to a site with reviews, asking a question about a product with the link in the post, or general product questions is of course ok. -Cheers, Needabout350

Looking at some used Fooseball tables. Is Fabi generally better than Shelti? Is the tempered glass on Fabo something to worry about with durability? Thanks!
Planning to buy my first foosball table and looking at used Tornados. What model is this and would $300 be a fair price?
Hey y'all. I found a Craigslist post near my house and picked up this brown marble coin op for a pretty solid deal considering the condition of the cosmetic components. I wanted to clean it up and give it to my brother in law, but unfortunately while we were moving the table into my place one of the panels fell off, bent underneath us and cracked. I have two main ways I need help improving the table -
Thanks for your help! Happy Halloween.
I just moved to Fort Myers, FL and was wondering if there are any places/bars/arcades within a reasonable distance that have foosball tables to play on? Thanks.
After hearing most of Ryan's presentation the other night, I am optimistic. I like the idea of some of the things that have been added to the TKO (including the payouts for highest rookie/amateur/expert team in the open events), and I hope they work as well in practice. Ideally it will be a "World" tour at least through attracting players from outside the U.S., which is always a good time (even if my record vs. foreign players is terrible).
Me and my buddy played a first to 50. Biggest lead was 4 points, win by two game so the score ended at 57-55. Great way to spend 45 minutes to an hour on a Wednesday night. Playing on an old ass Argon haha. Great vibe
My apologies for the obnoxious post, asking for advice, but I trust your expert opinions.

So last year I got the school to steer clear of the crappy toy tables and got this table. Now the teachers are allowing me to make a club. Any tips and tricks on how to get more people interested, as we need some willing people to help fund the whole initiative? Also would like to know if you guys use any kind of rating system for the games, I use a modified version of Elo rating system.
TL:DR Tell me how to get new people, particularly Grade7-8, interested in the sport. (Also I am in Hong Kong so ignore the unfamiliar table, manufacturer is ITSF recognized)
I play goalie a lot does anybody have any tips for defense on a pull shot
Contemplating a T3000 vs an Arch and I just can't find a lot of info on the Arch as far as the build and play quality. Is it more at the level of a sport/elite or at least close to a T3000?
Thanks in advance for the help.
Edit:
Spoke to the actual National Sales manager at Tornado. The T3000 and the Arch are functionally the same from a playability standpoint (men, rods, field, quality of play, and quality of build) Only significant difference is that the Arch is dual return as the T3000 is hinged for storage on one side. T3000 is usually in stock somewhere or another and the Arch is build to order.
Has anyone noticed the Tornado table in the custom inc. commercial currently running? 4 people are playing, and one of them is holding the handle backwards, and it makes me cringe every time I see it! Can we get some decent representation for tv and commercials?
If you ever had the luck to play in one of this you know what I’m talking about.
Foosball table Córdoba by the brand Billares Córdoba. Made from solid beech wood, with chrome-plated stainless steel components and players with separated legs. Over 70 years of history.
Santa will be bringing a foosball table for my three boys (all under 8) this Christmas. They tend to be quite rough with everything! What is a robust and durable table that can withstand some serious play? I am not too concerned about high-end features that professionals or enthusiasts look for, but it would be great if adults could enjoy it occasionally too. Thanks for any suggestions!
This table is $50. Is it even worth that? It looks water damaged to me?
I have a warrior professional board and love it, but I'm considering swapping out for a Tornado since I hear so much about them. The problem is that I see a lot of models and will not want to get one that is inferior to what I already have. My price range is between 350 and 700 for used.
Newb here looking for a table, are Fabi tables good? And is tempered glass as a playing surface pretty durable? Seeing used ones for around $800-$1000 cad….or should I just save up and get a Tornado Sport? Thanks!
What’s up guys. I am in a need to make a side line for my tornado. I have all the tools to rip it down and have a fine but solid wood for it as well. Can anyone help me out with this question? I’d like to know the exact length width and thickness. If you do know the measurements or just have a tape around at home you could make my day. Thank a million
I have been working on the five bar tic-tac passing series lately (wall, lane, and middle man) as an eventual replacement for or at least change of pace from my brush series. I figure that practice does double duty because I also get to work on my general five-bar control. Normally I work at the maximum tic-tac speed at which I feel comfortable moving the ball around (not blazingly fast, since I believe that is not necessary from having watched a lot of pro film), then strike the ball with substantial authority. This results in a lot of missed passes because I do not hit the target figure and many failed catches even when I do. I am improving but would be glad to make better use of my practice time.
Should I keep that up until eventually the series "comes to me," or should I be more deliberate with the pass, knowing that the slower lateral movement I am practicing will not translate into success against all but the newest players, and eventually I will need to speed things up? I recall when learning three bar shots that there was not much use in working on a slow rollover or pull shot; it was game speed or nothing.
Any thoughts? Anything else other than repetition (which I am working on) that helped you learn that series?
It’s a shelti. What a solid table.
Hey, do you know any store in San Diego that has replacement foosball balls?
Ok, so big thanks to this community for helping a newb come to the conclusion Tornado or nothing! This will be for me and my kids 5 and 11. The 11 and I play regularly, but never really cared what table we were casually playing on. But new pad and have the space for our own table.
Now how do I convince the wife that spending an extra $1000 cad for an elite makes more sense than buying a tornado sport? 😆 used is a possibility, but so few on FB marketplace where I live.
Also is the difference really just the side return and heavier duty rods on the Elite?….there is a huge better difference on the feel of an Elite. Could you just mod and put heavier rods on the Sport? Or not worth the cost?
Hey guys very important question but rather easy! Sorry if it sounds dumb!
I think that the rods set up on my table is wrong. I think that my golie rod is installed on the offense position while the offensive rod is installed where the golie should be!?
Have a look at the picture, please. On my table the players on the 3 golie rods are rather closer to each others than they are on the 3 bar offense rod.
Is this how it supposed to be? I think they are switched up😅
I am sorry if its a dumb question but I could find confirmation other than pictures suggesting that I might be right.
Quite interesting to see an ITSF official tournament on the Leonhart table in North America.
This is the most popular table in Europe, but I don’t believe there is much of a scene on this table in the US and Canada (where foosball seems 99% Tornado and 1% Bonzini).
I don’t believe there have been Leonhart tournaments on the tournament calendar in North America before?

Bought it off someone in New Hampshire for $1500, not a lot of selection here in the north east so i know it's a steeper price than most on here would pay for. It's in very good condition, it's an older model as you can tell by the yellow score keepers. I installed the coin op mech and though it doesnt have any blanks installed, it still works with no quarters for some reason. Ive got it setup so that way I can utilize the ready ramp. The guy threw in a whole bucket of warrior wraps, some extra men, some roll pins, silicone, 3 new balls, and a bearing wrench, and it's my first Tornado table so im very happy with it. Coming from a Dynamo silver medal table.
Also I just realized I think the men were installed on the opposite sides...isnt yellow supposed to be the ball return side?
