Hello! I'm looking for examples of how 'Exo 2' is used in logos or branding for a presentation. I haven't been able to find much online, even though it's open-source and quite versatile. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
I was using the New Computer Modern fonts for my new Go (board game) book with LaTeX, but, especially the white-on-black letters turned out to be too thin for printing, although they do look pretty good on my PDF viewer.
I'm gonna try printing a version of the book with Computer Modern Bold, but I think it's too thick.
Does anybody know of a similar font but with less thick bold? Or perhaps semibold? Preferably, if the numbers have the same baseline, that would be very helpful too.
I have asked about something very similar to this on the TeX Stack Exchange as well.
What font is that
I thought I'd be able to type using modern Hebrew and have the letters automatically work themselves out (like đ€ if I typed Ś§). I tried looking at my google keyboard thing for a phoenecian input but I don't think there is one. How do I get this font to work? Thanks a lot
Hey, I'm on an Android 12 and recently switched over to iphone emojis via zfont. I also really like the look of San Francisco Pro Medium (SF Pro Medium) but I can't manage to merge the two. After doing some research I found out that its currently basically impossible to do that. (Also tried with fontlab.)
Does anyone have a .ttf or . otf file with both iphone emoji and fonts?
Iâm looking for a font that looks like it was written by a left handed person. Iâd like it to be a brush stroke or rough effect and monoline. I saw Backstroke and although it fits the bill in the left leaning quality, itâs got a âschool penmanshipâ quality to it. Iâm looking for something more casual.
I'm searching for a Grotesk/Sans Serif Typeface that has a distinct Cinema/Movie feel to it.
It's hard to describe but certain fonts instantly scream Movies, like A24 or Paramount.
Does somebody know a modern font that achieves this feeling ?
Thanks for the help.
Basically, I want to use Gabriola. But unfortunately its licence doesn't allow it to be embedded on websites, and doesn't even offer an option to pay to allow that. Pretty stupid from MS but there you go. I can't really seem to find any font that's *extremely* similar to it. Could anyone give recommendations?
I installed New Computer Modern font (TTF version) and while it looks great in Word, when I export to PDF and zoom in, the text appears jagged and pixelated, especially on curved letters. I've attached an example showing the poor rendering quality. Would switching to the OTF version help with this issue, or is this related to some other PDF export setting? Has anyone else encountered this problem and found a solution?
Hi all! I really like the Mona Sans font, it does include Ăł, Ăș, but does not include Ć, Ʊ. Unfortunately the Hungarian language use these accents. Is there a way, workaround to include, or create Ć, Ʊ for Mona Sans? Since the Ăł, Ăș is included, and it is just a bit different from Ć, Ʊ, maybe there is a solution? Thanks a lot!
Hey guys, I use Montserrat on my blog as the main font. However, I'm thinking of using another one for the paragrahs. Montserrat will be kept for headings. In your opinion, with what fonts this one will pair well?
If so, whatâs it called?
I downloaded a font that was supposed to include alternate characters and is standard ligature. However, when I type in Canva, the ligature is not working and I am unable to find the alternate characters in the character map app on my laptop. I'm new to Canva and have never downloaded a font before so I wasn't sure if I was doing something wrong or if I was mislead in terms of what this font included. Any insight on how to access these or advice is appreciated!
I've fallen completely in love with ToshibaSat 9x16 from The Ultimate Oldschool PC Font Pack, but it only looks good at 12pt. Does anyone know of a font very similar to that one, that scales to bigger sizes and still stays crisp?
This is mostly for programming and terminal work.
Anyone know modern, simplistic ultra italic fonts? I need something around 40 degrees for a logo design
It's still a work in progress, and I intend to add functionality to change background colors, and invert the colors, as well.
You click on the "Choose Fonts" button, and bulk load however many fonts you want, and the typed in text dynamically shows you the text for all the fonts you chose.
This is good for cases where you have the actual font files (TTF or OTF) from different sources, sitting on your hard-drive, and you want to do a comparison between them.
Enjoy!

When I was a kid there used to be "secret" messages written in magazines that when looked from the reading distance look like tall lines, but if you put the eye level really close to the bottom you could read the secret message...
what is the name of that font please?
Shopping for my kids and found this... part of me thinks it funny, other part wants to die
Hi, I'm studying some advertisements from the 60s to the 90s in my city. As a small town, there were very few fonts to choose from, so most of them are Futura, Clarendon, etc. The thing is, I uploaded a photo with a clear font to WhatTheFont, and while it identified lots of fonts, none of them were the correct one. For example, if I upload a photo with Futura Display, it should be SOO easy for the site to identify it, but it doesnât! It suggests many unrelated fonts instead. Dude, it's Futura! too easy! Does anyone know of a better site for identifying fonts? I don't understand why this happens. :S
