I am currently doing the three race trials. i've seen videos where they can use like a booster after the count of three. which button is it on PC?
I just finished chapter 6 of the game, and I can confirm my first impression: it's a fantastic final fantasy opera.
I watched brotherhood, kingsglaive, the platinum demo walkthrough, and read the novel.
Now I'm improving my skills on combat system and improving my gear.
Chocobo rides are so much fun! 😊
Trying to play it on window but for some reason it disappeared. Is it a bug cause the companies changed the software again. On Xbox and PlayStation it cost like a buck. Am just curious is those episodes I have asked is it still playable.
Yo guys any of you willing to share the platinum demo with me via game sharing feature on your sony, been desperate to play it lately 😒 Thanks in advance 👋
Last Saturday I bought FFVX, I'm 20 hours in and have been loving the game. when I got on a couple of minutes ago this message appeared while trying to auto save and now my game gives this message every time when trying to save manually or automatically. Does anybody know what might be causing the issue?
game is on pc
I’ve started playing ffxv not to long ago and watched the brotherhood anime, but did they ever explained how did Prompto learn how to use guns? Or is he good with them because he is a clone who is literally designed for battles?
Just got back into the game after not playing for a few years and wanna try out a spell build since I never really touched them before and was looking for advice
Guys I need help creating Cor Leonis in ffxv comrades....any guide will be appreciated
I'm surprised at how well animated and built the vs13 outfit is in this mod, it doesn't even compare to the other options we have, it's simply very well textured and with physics, which by the way is not bugged making Noctis have a big butt like the other versions, it really looks like something that should be in the game, and I say this because I'm very picky about clothing mods in this game, and I can say, the vs13 outfit within this mod is spectacular, its stats are balanced and it has all the dirt and bleeding effects like the other outfits, it's a divine work that if I hadn't downloaded it I would think it was something exclusive to the Windows edition. the texturing and how the clothes move doesn't make the game look modified, I did some tests to be able to look and point out "haha there's a bug in the clothes" and it's simple there isn't
As my title said I am wondering if comrades still sells by itself on windows or on steam since i cannot find just comrades like i can on xbox. I dont want my friends to buy ffxv complete edition just for that one aspect to play multiplayer and it was relatively cheap right now.
I am currently in the post game of my first play through and want a stronger sword and I heard that the maximum upgrade engine blade is great. However I think I sold the blade early on in the game so I don’t have access to any of Cid’s quests. Is there any way to get it back. Maybe a shop or a location, or does it maybe come back in NG+
So I just started playing this game. First ever Final Fantasy game I've played. I have this question about magic, I don't really mind that they're limited like consumables and have to be crafted and have long cooldowns but why do they sometimes turn gray from the weapon hud and I am unable to cast them, even if it's the exact same magic? I tried switching, didn't work. I tried creating new magic, didn't work. I tried to throw away ones that didn't work and replace it, still doesn't work. Some times, it just allows me to use magic but then after 1 or 2 uses, for some reason I can't use it again. So, is there some sort of mechanic I'm missing?
Do I just lack mana or spirit level to cast some magic? What does the "level" mean on the bottom of magic spells? Like I have a Stopcast Thundara magic that says "Stop Level 28" on the bottom, does that mean I need to be level 28 to cast it? Can someone tell me what I'm missing coz I really do dig mixing and using magic, it's just that, it's so inconsistent as a weapon due to the fact that the game sometimes doesn't allow me to use magic at all.
I've look at one video and numerous post and while I've fixed most of the stuttering, I still get some stutters in combat. Does anyone know how to fix this, for specs btw I'm using RTX 3070 and i9 10900k on Highest Graphics, I don't think its the graphics though because performance is usually stable at 60-70
I've tried almost everything! It happens all over the game. Most posts regarding potential flickering and twitching glitches are from six years ago and their solutions no longer apply. Please help!
I’m playing on PS5 with a 4ktv I’ve heard that high mode looks better and runs at 1800 upscale, and lite runs at 1080p but I swear I see no changes in texture, quality, rendering, cutscenes, driving, etc. I feel it looks exactly the same, so maybe someone with better knowledge on the topic can see anything? I shot both videos in 4k 60 fps as well. (Idk if Reddit will keep that quality)
So at the end of the game noctis has to die... however, aat the end of episode Ignis it's revealed there is another option, why not make that the canon ending? It makes noctis' sacrifice seem pointless if it could be avoided
I am almost 10hrs in the game but all i have done is button mashing. Now i just die in 1 strike by the enemy. I don't know how to upgrade/role play/increase stats. Please help out this dumb guy here. I really want to complete the game!. Suggest me some guide or anything please!
Played the game back then (I pirated it yes) i experienced a lot of stutters, now it is on sale in steam and Im planning to buy it. Hows the performance on steam? are the stutters while in battle fixed?
I have yet to play either, and I know that the numbered entries are entirely disconnected from each other.
But with XV being born out of the ashes of Versus XIII, and some places still attributing XV to the Fabula Nova Crystallis series, I'm curious if what's left of that original DNA makes XV a better experience if you're coming at it having completed XIII and/or the XIII trilogy.
