I got to track a few cars last week. 488 pista, a GT2RS, and a McLaren 570 gt4. The 488 felt like an actual rocket ship. The other two just didn’t have that same pull. Does it only come down to torque?

I'm looking to buying a 1997 550 Maranello with 65k KMs. The advertisement says "extensive maintenance history" and the re-seller "store" is very renowned and supposedly trustworthy.

I'm trying to understand mostly two things:

1. What is something specific to the 550 that I should look for (I don't know, certain spots where it tends to rust or stuff like that)?
2. With 65k KMs, what should I check in the maintenance logs? In other words, should I check if some big work that was supposed to be done recently was done or if it's something I may have to spend quite a bit on soon? Where can I find the expected maintenance for the car (something like, change the clutch after 50k KMs -- random example)?
