The guest bathroom at my new house was bland, so I added some character on a budget!

This but as a tapestry?

Absolutely love the asthetic of the white lotus, and the feel of one wall with this never ending painting.

Wondering if you ladies have seen a tapestry like this one to cover a wall? Maybe on the larger side like 65x64 or 75x… whatever 75 is usually opposite of haha

Decoration ideas for dining/living room

I would love to receive some decoration ideas for the dining/living room part of this room.
I have bought a curtain with a green color similar to the plant.

One of my flatmates suggested that I put an additional warm-colored light above the dining table; she thought it would improve the ambiance.

Which colours could I choose for the pillows / blanket on the couch? Should I add an additional small plant on the dining table; or something else? I am open for any recommendations that could make the room more cozy. 😊

Thanks in advance!

For blanket I am currently considering this:

Rug size/dimension help!

What size rug should I be shopping for in my living room? The back wall is 11’, and the couch is about 10.25’ wide. The wall where the window is extends about 8’ until it hits the door to my balcony. The chaise section of the couch is almost 6’.

With my current layout, would all feet of the couch need to be on the rug? That would likely be a 10’ x 8’ (cheating by a few inches). Or could a slightly smaller rug size like 9’ x 6’ work?

Pictured is my blank canvas/WIP of a living room. I’m still shopping around for the right coffee table and room lighting.

Renter friendly way to cover up this closet? Already tried covering it with some curtains and it did not look good.

Fireplace Decor Ideas

Hi Everyone,

I feel I’m terrible at interior design - I just can’t quite get things to look right! So I’m asking for your ideas for how I could decorate this fireplace please!

The wall behind it is Farrow and Ball pigeon colour and most other colours (other walls/sofas) are cream. I’d like to go neutral with a pop of colour somehow. The items placed on there at the moment are just there for now while we sort it out!

There will be a TV placed above it - no other place in the room to put it 😞

Thank you!

How to have a more organized closet?

I recently moved into a new house and have more clothes than room to put them in. My closet is small and grows more in height. The solution I found was these hanging containers but since I filled them too much they broke. I've already bought them again but I don't think it's a permanent solution. How can I have a more organized closet? Aside from decluttering stuff I don't need (I'm trying to).
