Hello 👋🏻 How's the biology program of f and m ? Biomedical science and biomedical engineering too ?
Does anyone know if Egypt has been banned by F&M? If not, how can I find out?
hey everyone! do you have any storage companies to recommend? especially to store bulkier items like my mini fridge and gaming chair!!
I have an interview for F&M coming soon. If any one have finished it, do you have any tips? What are some of the questions they asked you?
Franklin & Marshalls dining hall is becoming a real shit show. Run by Sodexo. They are now beholden to corporate recipes that barely scale to correct size. Limited options and little creativity. They now "play corporate ball" for budget reasons. If you are missing any of your favorites contact DHall managers, black jacket supervisors, or front of house. Make comment cards in DHall. Start a petition. Sodexo went hard for orientation with parents and are now pulling a bait and switch with available options.
Just curious, wanted to know if anyone has gotten off the waitlist?
I'm going to f&m this fall and looking at the pre-programs (like CURB) that happens before the regular move in day and orientation. Is it worth the $250 to go to apply for this or not rlly?
I got something saying I could join it or smt. I’m confused about what it is and what getting this means. Edit: it's probably just a strategy to get people to attend tours or something, sorry!
I plan to be pre-med majoring in neuroscience—possibly psych—and French. After talking with my tour guide and another alum, they both said that they didn’t feel prepared for the MCAT and both didn’t end up in med school. Can anyone speak to whether this is because F&M isn’t great for pre-med or if it just depends on the person? My tour guide (who graduated last year) said that it wasn’t because of anything F&M did but because she didn’t have the confidence to pursue medicine while the alum (graduated a few years ago, not sure when) I spoke with said that it was due to her advisors not steering herself in the right direction/having to be her own advocate more than she should have to and that they don’t offer anatomy/physiology (which are pre-med requirements), among other things.
Do you agree that it depends more on the person or do you think F&M is not the best for pre-med? (I’m currently torn between Lafayette and F&M and F&M was my number one originally but now I don’t know how to feel about it).
I have an empty room available to sublet in College Row from mid-June until fall semester move-in. It is empty other than the bed, dresser and desk. DM if any interest. Thanks!
Bad news: I got rejected at fandm God news: I got accepted at NYU with 52k aid
Maybe fandm has become more competitive & sought after school than NYU 🗿🗿
Hi there!
In a couple of hrs, at 7pm EST, fandm will release their regular application decision. To my buddys who had applied, best of luck to y'all. I wish everyone get in plus secure the desired aid.
Note: on 27th Feb, fandm released some the decisions of regular applications way before the intended date, which resulted in most of rejections.
Update: it's ironic I got into NYU, but rejected by fandm. I was expecting the opposite to it.
I got accepted into Franklin & Marshall, but I'm surveying my college options before making any sort of commitment. I really really want to double major in bio (really interested at the pre vet program) and english but I'm worried that might be too much or not super doable. Any thoughts or advice on this??
the title
Although I acknowledge that most of us are worried and stressed, it would be better if we stop inferring things from email. Many colleges release their decision in different batches, and it has nothing to do with early acceptance or early rejection.
Maybe STOP looking for signs that do not exist, and you might feel a bit calm.
I'm an international applied regular decisions at FandM. Though I got in NYU, but their aid package ain't good enough. My final hope is fandm 😭😭
Hi! I applied to f&m and they say that the decisions will be released tmr. HOWEVER, they haven’t required any financial documents from me yet. I submitted my CSS by the deadline, and was hoping for forms like other schools require, or even idoc. What should I do??
The decision date for the RD round is supposed to be on the 1st of April, but I just got a notification saying it will be posted tomorrow. Am I getting rejected early? Has this ever happened to anyone?

I wanted to talk about something with a present student from F&M. Kindly, comment if you are that person or if you know someone.
Did anyone apply Early Decision 2 to Franklin and Marshall here?
Yesterday I had an interview with F&M representative. Her name is Ms Margaret Quinn. It was my first interview ever with US school (I’m an international student). I suggest everyone to sign up for the interview who applied to F&M. We had such an amazing conversation and she shared zillion insides about F&M. I cannot stress more how I fell in love with this institution. I’m not sure I can get in because my EFC is low, but still I will hope for it. Definitely give a chance for this school those who will apply for fall 2025.
Anyone know of anyone looking to sublease near Lancaster? I’m going to be in the area for a summer internship and I’m looking for a place to stay.
I accidently applied for RD whereas I was supposed to apply ED 2. I'm screwed now. What can I do now? I emailed the office requesting to shift my admission from RD to ED 2 cuz tbh, it's 6 months plus of time for RD from now onwards & it's sucks
