/r/faceswap
Welcome to the Reddit faceswap community. This is a place for people to share their edited images of swapped faces. Everyone is welcome. We recommend uploading images to imgur for sharing. Enjoy!
All requests must be in self-post format. Relevant images should be linked from this post. Due to an overly large amount of faceswap requests, you will be required to try it yourself, first. This does not take a large amount of skill, and many tutorials can be found, including a video in the sidebar. Please link your attempt in your request. If it it not linked, your request will be removed.
If you are requesting a custom faceswap, please be sure that your image is good quality, large, and unobstructed (i.e. faces are clear, no makeup/masks, like this and not this). Please keep requests to a minimum.
All non-original submissions will be removed unless tagged with the [NOT MINE] or [NM] tag.

Title. Most people are talking about photo / video face swaps but is anyone using it for live?
I've used insight faceswap before in conjunction with Midjourney, in some instances it was does really well but is usually hit or miss

Users, I’m helping with an OnlyFans project in which the videos will feature everything but faces, is there an editing tool where we can face swap all faces to AI Generated faces and also where I can create a character that can remain throughout the videos? I would like to be able to do all this locally without uploading the video to a website. Thank you.
I'm looking for an AI tool that allows multi-face swapping for my AI influencer accounts. Which one would you recommend? I’ve read that Video Face Swap AI is quite good at multi-face swapping, but I’d like to confirm with you. Has anyone here used this tool before?
Hey everyone!
I’m thinking about using AKOOL to create video content for my business. The idea is to use its video translation and face swap features to localize tutorials for a global audience and make them more engaging. Has anyone here used this tool for something similar? Any tips or alternative tools you’d recommend?
Thanks!
Hello!
Is there an AI like Akool with a video face swap option?
Changing/replacing the whole head? Currently popular face swap apps only change the appearance of the current head by changing the eyes, mouth, nose.
It's about completely replacing the head in the video.
Thank you!
I am looking for a face swaping tool like roop which I can clone and then run locally using command line or like from a script I personally dont like the ui based approach
I am looking for a roop alternative as it seems pretty old and is not being developed further if someone has any suggestions do tell
Hey! I’m running a MacBook Pro Was wondering if there’s an app I can download to run face swaps without uploading the content online, that is- doing the work on my own machine. Can be a paid thing.
Like this picture, how can I only swap the clothes while keeping the other content unchanged? What free tools are recommended? I know this is a faceswap reddit, I just want to ask if anyone has used such a clothes swap tool.
It seems that for AI face swapping, basic photo face swaps and video face swaps are already saturated. However, after trying various tools, I found that very few websites offer batch face swap functionality. Moreover, those that do are usually paid services. Finding a free website that provides this feature seems quite difficult. Does anyone have other recommendations? Below are some websites where batch face swapping is a paid feature.
1.AIFaceswap
This website is, in my opinion, the best for batch face swapping because it supports two different types of batch face swap, making it both useful and interesting. One method allows you to upload multiple faces first and then upload a single target face to swap with, which is similar to what most websites offer. The other method, however, lets you upload a single face and then multiple target faces, blending those target faces onto the initial face you uploaded. AIFaceswap supports up to 50 uploads at once, but each upload requires 1 credit.
2.Remaker
Remaker, like AIFaceswap, also supports two types of batch face swapping. However, Remaker's batch face swap feature is only available to VIP users.
There are also some other websites that claim to offer batch face swap in their search results, but once you click in, you realize they actually only provide multiple face swap, not true batch face swap.
Perhaps there are more websites out there that I haven't discovered yet? Feel free to share any recommendations! I’ll continue testing and updating my findings. Thanks you guys!
I have already tried facefusion, deeplivecam, a fork of live-portrait that can take webcam input and (I think) Rope live. This is part of research I'm doing into how easy it is to create deepfakes/faceswaps in a live video environment. I'm also considering training my own model with deepfacelab but am not sure if that would give better results necessarily.
Are there any other tools I'm missing that could give better results?
Most of the posts here are bots advertising sites with paid swaps. Are there any with free swaps? My go-to site has now reverted to completely paid 🙄
So I’ve been toying with the idea of using AI for face-swapping in our next video ad campaign. I’ve seen tools like Akool that make it seem pretty easy, but I’m not sure if it’s cool or if it might come across as creepy?
So, I tried FaceSwap just now, and well...
As you can see, although I can select an image, the application expects a video file. So if that jpg I tried to use isn't a valid VIDEO file, why even give me the option to use image files in the first place?
Are there any software I can download, freemium, or otherwise, for Mac(intel)? I'm only seeing for windows.
Without training the model with a bunch of same person face, how does this tools swaps the face properly? What model or technologies they use for swapping?
Last week, I saw a review post on Reddit mentioning that many AI video face swap tools on Google are paid, or they limit the number of free uses. It’s true; I’ve tried Vidwud and AIFaceswap, and they only allow two free uses of video face swap. Remaker doesn’t even offer any free tries, with video face swap available only for VIP members.
So, I started looking at sites that aren’t just dedicated to face swapping. Luckily, I came across PixNova AI.
It’s an all-in-one tool, and best of all, every feature on it is completely free. For face swapping, PixNova AI lets you use photo face swap with no limits, and video face swap is also free with three uses. No hidden fees, no extra costs—just straightforward and easy to use.
I’m exploring other free sites as well, hoping to discover even more pleasant surprises.
I’m wondering what are the best suggestions for tech to use to build a face swap web app with the best results? There’s tons of APIs out there so curious to hear others opinions or experiences.
When FaceApp had its Face Swap feature, it used advanced technology to make it feel realistic.
I used the past tense because the app no longer has that feature (and the developers have BS reasons for not bringing it back, to boot), and I say "advanced technology" because every other service I tried has the exact same aesthetic - the base photo with a face that was clearly upscaled by Codeformer.
Compare this picture made in FaceApp...
...to this...
...and this.
Yes, the last two were made using different services (vidfaceswap and SwapMyFace), yet have the exact same aesthetic, and are really basic.
Does anyone have any suggestions for services that might be as advanced as FaceApp (which also allowed you to add smiles to the faces, as well as facial hair, glasses, different hairstyles, etc.), or will I have to buy an Android phone just to see if an old version of the app would work?
Hi guys! I've finally found the site that delivers excellent results. So far, these are the best results I've had.

When it comes to AI face swap, many people are likely focused on video face swap. What matters most is whether the video face swap feature can accurately swap faces and how long the process takes. Very few people talk about multiple face swap. However, I believe this is actually the key to evaluating how good a website's face swap feature is.
I had a sudden idea to replace both people in a group photo with the same face, but when I tried it, an error occurred. I sent an email to the website’s administrator, and they told me that the same face can’t be uploaded as the target.
I think this design is completely unreasonable.
So, I tried some other websites, and here are the results of my experiments:
1.AIFaceswap
This website has no restrictions on multiple face swaps, is free, and doesn’t require login. The results of the face swaps are mixed—some photos turn out well, while others don’t.
2.Remaker
Remaker has usage restrictions for non-VIP users. After you log in, you'll receive 6 free credits, but using the multiple face swap once will cost 4 credits. The face swap results are also average and not very natural.
3.Vidwud
Vidwud can be used for free, but aside from the face swap results, its biggest downside is that the generated images have a watermark, which is annoying.
4.Faceswapper
This website requires login and gives an additional 10 credits. Using the multiple face swap once consumes one credit, which means you can use it for free ten times, more than Remaker offers.
5.iSmartta
This website does not support multiple face swaps.
I have only tried the five mentioned above. If anyone has other better multiple face swap options, please don’t hesitate to leave your comments.
Hey there, here’s the thing. When I was using Vidwud’s video face swap, I swapped faces on a character without bangs, but when the target face had bangs, the result turned out like this, very wired and unnatural.
I've tried several other websites one after another, and the face swap results are similar to this one. I'm wondering, is this the case with all the websites, or have I just not found the right one? How do you all deal with this issue if you've encountered it?
I’m really looking forward to everyone's suggestions, thank you!
