There is a zero-tolerance policy on anything that can be perceived as bullying, harassment, ridiculing, trolling, or any actions that target an individual in a negative way. This is a place of appreciation for eyes of all shapes and colors, so please keep that in mind at all times.
Keep images, comments and links work/age appropriate. Anything suggestive, explicit, graphic, or sexual will be removed & you will likely be permanently banned.
If the picture or content you are posting is NOT a close up of your own eye(s), it will be removed. Depending on the nature of the photograph, we will ban accordingly. PLEASE REPORT MISCONDUCT.
As cute as our pets & children can be, that is simply not the purpose of this sub. Photos that we suspect to be non-original content, or of eyes that are not your own, will be removed.
Flairs serve as a way to let users know what your post is about. We do not remove posts that aren’t flared, but the flairs are what our search function relies upon, so we ask that you please assign them to your posts.
All posts must be related to eyes! Comments should contribute to the conversation and not derail the discussion. Moderators can and will remove low quality content.
Self-promotional content (this includes but is not limited to Youtube “trend” & “tutorial” videos, surveys, well as blog posts) are not permitted to be posted without mod approval. If you do not follow Reddit's rules for self promotion and spam, your post will be removed and you will likely be banned. Your account history will be taken into consideration when concluding if you are a spammer or not. Moderators will use their own discretion to decide. Keep the following quote in mind: ”It’s ok to be a Reddit account with a website, but it’s not ok to be a website with a Reddit account”
This includes name, address, phone number or links to websites that provide that information like Facebook or Instagram. Applies to sharing the private information of people aside from yourself as well.
This includes but is not limited to racism, sexism and/or homophobia. And because this apparently still isn't clear enough, insulting and personally attacking other users or making unwanted sexual comments is grounds for an immediate ban.
No political posts, political keywords, or political debates. This is not the place.

I sort of feel like my right eye isn't the same as the left
Nobody seems to be able to agree. I’ve heard blue, green, hazel, gray, but I have no clue. Taken on iPhone 16 with back cam+flash
I think this is a pretty accurate representation of my eye colour since I took it in a room well lit by natural light but not in direct sunlight.
I've always said hazel, but interested in what others think!
What is this ring around my pupil? It's there on both the eyes
My parents both have brown eyes and I have been told my eyes are brown, hazel, even grey. Help settle the debate and decide if I truly am a walking recessive gene.
