I have been trying to find an adequate substitute for the discontinued Moo erasers from Korea. I used them mostly with Blue Col-Erase Prismacolor Pencils, but they were great for erasing anything and only needing to apply a soft touch while not damaging the paper.
Thus far in my research, nothing seems to equivocate its qualities. I bought some Tombow Monos, some Tombow black eraser, Got a Factis Super soft eraser. They're good erasers, but not the same.
I saw the post from 9 months ago on here that recommended the Vanish 4 in 1 and watched some videos on it. Has anyone used the Vanish and the Moo for comparison?
It was nice before, but now it’s like this and whenever I try to erase anything it leaves a huge mark
I need some advice on how to display it. What’s a good way to showcase erasers?
I’m planning to buy an acrylic display case next week since I collect other items as well.
For the erasers, should I buy individual acrylic boxes to place them inside the display case? And do I remove the erasers from their original boxes, or is it better to leave them packaged? I’ve seen that some people remove them from their original packaging when displaying them.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated! ;D
Hi! I'm a library worker who's in charge of a lot of teen programs, some of the kids need stim toys to help them concentrate and some of them are very artistic and love to draw, so I thought some kneaded erasers would be pretty cool to give all of them during a upcoming study group program I'm going to try to do.
While looking around I found these scented kneaded erasers, I've found some posts of kids talking about how they're in their school's stores or prize baskets, but I can't seem to find any videos of them erasing or opinions on the smells.
If they're not good, do you have any suggestions for good kneaded erasers for a group of goofy (I say this affectionately) teens? We get discounts through oriental trading and amazon, but if someone recommends it enough I don't mind buying them out of pocket.
12.5cm is the size of this eraser anaconda. Together with the pencil I have erased (Uni Kuru Toga Metal) and the eraser that made it (blackwing handheld soft eraser).
I absolutely love this eraser in every way. It clups together very nicely, it erases very well and the metal case feels very premium. I can wholeheartedly recommend it.
I had tons of these a while ago but they're all lost now. They are my favorite erasers. Where could I get them?
hi! just now my eraser ive held close to me for years broke. it means alot to me and i have been trying to find a new one but i cannot find it literally anywhere online. I got it at one of those book fairs when i was younger, 10 now 20 if that helps. its a soda can eraser that looks like pepsi but instead it says “poopsi” heres an image of it ( after it got destroyed, sadly )
Would like to find a source that could refill these two Faber Castell jet eraser pens. New source would be good. Kaweco fit but are not good erasers to me. Thanks.
a seriously good eraser that ive discovered from one of the local shops here in singapore! its made in taiwan and ive always been a fan of erasers from taiwan (primarily for the soft erasing feel)
This has become my favourite eraser. It’s got the fine control of a retractable but more erasing power for large areas. It’s 5.5mm thin but has a decent width, and it’s more rigid and less floppy/squidgy than a normal eraser. So thin plus rigid equals fine control without the need for anything more than cardboard sleeve.
Please give me some suggestions
Cause I want to buy more erasers for my writing and stuff
I got this eraser (right) a couple years ago but lost it recently. I'm destroyed because it was so perfect--thin for precise erasing and it also erased WELL, not like many american brand pen-erasers that honestly just annoy me while erasing. I unfortunately haven't been able to find it anywhere :(
I have a Staedtler stick eraser 528 20 and I'm trying to find some eraser refills for it. I tried searching on Amazon and all they have is Staedtler stick eraser 528 55. I was just wondering if you guys know if the eraser size is the same or not. If not, does anyone know where I can buy some refills or what is the eraser size?
So recently I've done some research on erasers and I found lots of people recommending the Pentel Hi-Polymer line of erasers. Currently, I've only tried both the green one and light blue one, and I personally prefer the green one more (current daily driver lol). But after doing some searching I've found a bit more people suggesting the dark blue one instead. What's the main difference between the green one and the dark blue one, and should I buy/switch? Or alternatively, are there any other brands of erasers that I should try instead? (I usually use my erasers to erase 5B and 2B pencil marks for exams btw)
I love this eraser so much
My only issue is that I have to sharpen this pencil a lot sometimes. However, I'm sure it's meant to be used for small drawing tasks or areas, which is why.
One of my kids used to take the sleeve or wrapping off of his erasers and used it plain. Anyone else do this?
for some reason i just cracked up
