Hi,
I have just booked a trip to Cologne with my younger brother, we were looking to come to the Köln Vs Schalke game.
What would be the best possible way of getting 2 tickets for this game??
Thanks so much
EDITED - not asking for payment (really trying to follow the rules here)
Okay… I did a dumb thing, before reading the warnings about StubHub and 3^(rd) party resellers I bought a ticket in section S3 via StubHub. I’m pretty sure it’s legit, but I can’t be 100%.
I was able to get another ticket via the club directly, so now I have this standing room ticket I’m not going to use.
The face value is 16.50 euro, I paid around 80 euro for it after fees. Lesson learned (already said I did a dumb thing)!
If anyone is interested DM me.
My only request is;
What a dramatic draw. After a hard-to-watch 1st half FC came back great and then did not manage to get the 3 points in the craziest way. Kainz is always such an unlucky guy. It reminded me of his penalty where he slipped and touched it with both feet...
It feels like a loss and this can't be great for the morale. Makes me worry a bit about the cup game. I don't even rate Hertha but with Reese back and a win in their pocket the momentum surely is on their side.
Btw. I’ve been having this discussion with a couple of friends: Hannover’s first goal was not impossible to save. Or was it? What do you think?
Hello everybody, I apologise if these questions are asked too many times. I am a Köln fan not from Germany and I am visiting your lovely city for the first time while the Pokal match takes place. I know Köln is a huge club and tickets are hard to get, is it even harder for cup matches? I would really love to go to my first Köln match but I am finding it very hard. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Danke schön!
Guten Morgen, ich bin morgen nach langen Jahren wieder einmal mit dem PKW beim FC. Gibt es den damals immer von mir frequentierten Parkplatz am RWE, südlich des Stadions, noch?
Hello, my university has a cooperation with 1. FC Köln and we‘re supposed to update the stadium tour. Do you guys have any suggestions/best practice examples?
I’m doing a piece on young defensive midfielders and was wondering what the Köln fanbase thinks of Martel? He is great statistically and appears to have excellent physical traits, but not sure if I’ve seen enough to judge. Is a club like Man United a viable option for his career as of now? Or is he not at PL/European level yet?
Heute morgen wurde zwar gesagt, dass es noch nicht fest steht. Aber das hört sich schon sehr konkret an.
In dem Bericht wird auch von Urbig und Finkgräfe als weitere Abgänge berichtet.
Another week another win. Sadly, not the convincing win we were hoping for but still a very deserved one imho. I want to give a shoutout to Heintz in his role as a dirtbag. I've been wishing for more asshole type of players in our squad for a long time now and it's pretty surprising to me, that we had one all along and he does it very well. The Hannover match will again be big not only because they're perceived as one of the better teams but because the point spread on the table is still super close.
A bit more of a meta thing but I want to share the surefire way to create Match Threads with the MatchThreadder bot after I myself have failed so often by not finding the correct spelling to trigger it with the old method: Five minutes before kickoff you have to direct message the bot with the subject line "Match Thread" the 6-digit ESPN code and "to /r/effzeh". You can find the code in the ESPN URL of the match. So for example, next match vs. Hannover looks like this.
https://global.espn.com/soccer/match/_/gameId/711924/hannover-96-fc-cologne
The DM would be: 711924 to /r/effzeh

Hi,
I was over for Scotland v Switzerland in the summer, loved the city, club, and stadium so much that I became a member when I got home. I've been watching the games ever since. I managed to get tickets for Köln v Darmstadt on 15 March for a friend and I. I was wondering if anybody had advice on a couple of things:
Best pubs to go to pre- and post-match for atmosphere and a pint.
Any teams in the local area in the lower divisions that would be worth a trip to watch? We wouldn't even mind watching some amateur football.
Cheers.
Hello everyone,
I am new to cologne and and wanted to watch FC Köln play at RheinEnergieSTADION, if anyone has a spare ticket would love to watch it live. Also, if anyone who is a regular is willing I would to watch the game with a local and experience it the best possible way. Looking forward to it!
Thanks and cheers! 🍻!
An annoying as ever international break is slowly coming to an end and Friday 18:30 vs. Preußen Münster is approaching. Three wins in a row without conceding are looking good on paper but there was some luck involved. Let's hope for a convincing win. Side note: Bad timing for Finkgräfe with Pacarada injured he could've used the time but he was called up for U20 Germany.
I am visiting Köln with 5 friends and was hoping to see the Köln vs Hanover game, I was just posting to check if anyone happens to have 6 tickets they don't need or won't be using
