Hey guys I’m driving to Houston from Baton Rouge On Sunday for the Dynamo game. Was wondering what the bars you’d recommend in the area near the stadium. We’re 22 fwiw Thank you!

I’m guessing that CONCACAF Player of the Year is somewhat of a curse or jinx.

It’s just frustrating to watch him not having any effort in them.

This match at St Louis is the 42nd match of 2024 for the Dynamo. Now that the Dynamo have clinched the playoffs, at least 44 matches will be played this season.

I've seen a few posts from people talking about them being worried about the Seattle series. I know historically that we've struggled against them, but we have to remember this year's team is different. We've been exceptionally good at away games, including beating Austin at home for the first time this year. I also think they're playing much better at home now than they were earlier in the year, I'm sure the packed stadium definitely helped fuel them last game.

We did lose this year at Seattle, but we had Sebas at the 9 and no HH, and still only lost 1-0. It feels like our team is starting to fire on all cylinders, so let's hope we can go into Seattle and shock them at home, and then close it out at home in front of our home fans! I'm personally feeling positive about it, how are you all feeling about the Seattle matchup?

I assume once we get further into the playoffs, tickets will be allocated for away supporters. How do I get my hands on these before they sell out?

Dynamo's first-ever playoff game was 18 years ago today, 10/22/06, 1st leg of Western Conference semifinals at Shitvas USA. I was at a TA watch party at the Mezzanine Lounge. When the game started, we noticed that the guys were growing hockey-style playoff beards. Many of us decided to grow beards also to go along with the team. Had a decent beard by the time we got to MLS Cup at Pizza Hut Park.

Over the years, my playoff beard has gotten pretty ratty by the end, now that we usually have international breaks interrupting the playoffs. (My rule is no touchies, no trimming at cheeks or neck.) I was just glad last year to have the chance to do it for the first time in 6 freakin' years! It's not too late to get started!

Did any season ticket holders in her not renew because of the lack of events? I asked around at the Galaxy game and seems like a few of us were disappointed this season with the “perks”

I was at the game on Saturday so I didn't get context. Did Herrera come out because he was hurt or was it just intended because it was his first game back?
