Recently I purchased a Maybelline Lifter Plump lipgloss, in the shade 002 - Mauve Bite. I've tried the gloss a couple times and find it too tingly, if not a bit painful - which was a bummer for me since I really love the Lifter Glosses from Maybelline, and Mauve Bite is the perfect shade for me.

Is there any shade in the Lifter Gloss version that is the same as Mauve Bite, or at least resembles it? Recommendations of other brands are more than welcome!

Moreover, do you have any tips on how to reduce the tingling? My lips aren't chapped but aren't the most hydrated in the world, I wonder if that could be part of the problem. If I remove the gloss completely the tingling stops in a couple of minutes and my face/lips didn't swell, so I don't think I have an allergy. Maybe I'm just too weak lol

Just like the title says. I'm looking for a powder blush which would give this cool, pink red color, not dusty or muted, but it needs to be very blendable.

Another color reference would be the benetint color.

I'm not looking to use a tint on my cheeks, but rather a powder product. I'm in Germany so anything at DM, rossmann or Douglas would be amazing!

I purchased this nyx liner on August 10th of this year & use it consistently (4-5 times a week) it is my absolute favorite eyeliner to exist & will last me days if i don’t wash it off. the only issue is, ive started to notice that it’s running a bit dry. the ink is still there but its not as vibrant & i keep having to shake it after every single line. am i running out or is it running dry? I’ve tried to dampen the tip to bring me more life and it works but only for a couple of lines. i do my makeup on the go most of the time so this has become really annoying. any advice? or do i have to buy a new one so soon?

looking for a foundation that feels and performs like the nyx bare with me concealer serum! i absolutely loveeeee it and would use it as a foundation if it came in my shade :( any recs?

My concealer's pump is stuck and I've previously pushed it up through the hole in the bottom, but even that won't work anymore. I've still got 1/2 to 1/3 of the product left though, and don't want to waste it. But I'm not sure if there's a way to remove the pump or access the product. Anybody have suggestions or experience with this?

I’m on the hunt for a good concealer. I’ve been using bare minerals but it’s almost empty.

I’m trying to minimize my makeup routine and take foundation out of the equation so this would be to cover redness, undereye bags, and blemishes etc- not to highlight or contour.

What’s a good drugstore or reasonably “your skin but better” concealer?

I know mascara tubes should be discarded regularly, and they're already havens for bacteria by virtue of how they're used and designed, but are their any ways to heat up a mascara tube that won't accelerate or promote bacteria growth?

I know some people have mentioned rolling the tube between their palms or dipping it in warm water (I've done the latter to make the mascara smooth and buttery, though I know it probably doesn't help in terms of longevity and hygiene), but if there are any other methods that you know of, I'd like to hear them.

I’m looking for a brush to use with the Nars soft matte pot concealer for covering acne. Nars officially recommends their own brush which is the #11 soft matte complete concealer brush so I’m looking for one that is similar but less expensive.

I picked up the clear brow glue after seeing many people rave about it. Is it just me or does it just smell strongly of Elmer’s glue? I find it holds well, but I can’t stand the smell. I was getting wiffs of it on my face for hours. Is mine expired or something lol?

Even better if it's under 10$! Usually I only wear blush, highlighter, mascara, maybe eyeliner. So it's gotta be something that works on its own without needing a primer or setting spray to stay put.

I walk by the Colourpop section at Target a lot, and was curious to hear what some of your thoughts/experiences with these palettes are?

I'm currently leaning towards the Gone Metal (this one was nearly gone), That's Taupe, and Feelin' Toasty palettes, but I'd like to hear your feedback before formally purchasing.

I would love to get the Revlon Colorstay Full Cover foundation, but I simply do not know what shade to get. For reference, I'm pretty fair-skinned (but not pale) and my undertone is neutral. I'm currently using the NYX Bare With Me concealer serum in the shade "light", which is honestly the perfect shade for me. But I simply cannot choose between shade "150 Buff" and "200 Nude" in the Revlon one - does anyone have any advice on how to choose the right shade for this foundation?

I'm trying to use more and more drugstore brands, and while I know I may never give up some things (like It Cosmetics' Bye Bye Pores setting powder), I'd really like some quality alternatives where I can find them.

Right now, I'm using aerosol hairspray in place of a finishing spray (like Ben Nye Final Seal), which I hate. Yuck. But also better than just letting my oily skin do its thing. I also use O/S On Til Dawn, which I love, but can get costly. Especially since I tend to go crazy with setting sprays.

Listen, I live in SoCal. It's necessary during the summer.

I have been looking into L'Oréal's Infallible Aerosol setting spray. Is that a good dupe for On Til Dawn? Do any of you have good dupes for it?
