I currently have the Mavic 3 pro and as much of a beast it is as everything, I find it really loud. When that thing takes off and flies around, people know about it lol

I was thinking of getting the air 3s to replace it and hope the noise levels are much quieter, but I can’t find much info online that is concrete evidence of this.

My other drone is a mini 3 pro and it’s great because it’s so quiet.

Does anyone have both and can tell me what they think? TIA

Hey, what are the current drone regulations on Bali? Does anyone of you have an updated article describing the drone laws there? I cannot find a proper source of information.

There is a Facebook page in my area that has dozens of drone videos posted with clear and obvious Part 107 violations of flying over people, cars, roads with traffic and so on.

I’m not going to share the page, but I want to hear your thoughts about it. I work hard to follow the rules and to be a professional ambassador for the drone industry. What this person (page) is doing bothers me a lot.

So, my fellow Part 107 certificate holders who follow the rules like I do - what would you do about this (if anything)?

How do I turn on auto exposure on a dji mini 3 pro with a RC pro controller?

I’m hoping to fly my DJI mini 4K at night for recreational use.

I have taken my TRUST test.

I have added my anti-collision lights which do not bring the weight above 249 g.

I’m planning to fly in controlled airspace with LAANC approval. (Below 400ft agl)

Am I missing anything? Sub 249g no need to register, or comply with remote id correct? Even to fly at night?

Complete novice in the electronics front here but would love to experiment…how easy is this and what sort of cost would be involved for the basic parts?

So I purchased a mini pro 4 and purchased the refresh separately. This was purchased 2 months ago.

I just recently upgraded and decided I do not need both.

Is there anyway that I can include the refresh in a resale or am I out the money?

I've been seeing a lot of flak for the major drone "jobs" apps lately and am wondering if anyone's had good experiences with any websites or apps. It seems like everytime I hear about a new one they're complete trash just like the last.

Can't figure out for the life of me how to connect all of these items.

I downloaded the NAV Drone App for flying in Canada but sometimes the Warnings are a bit confusing. I have a Micro-Drone and if I request flying in a specific area I get the warnings in the screenshot. (Drones with >250g are not permitted to fly there) From what I can read I just need to use caution but with the hefty fines here in Canada I want to make sure.

Thoughts on whether or not I can just glue this? Motor still runs fine.

I recently flew my friends DJI Mini 3 and fell in love but they have been out of stock on their website for a couple weeks now and I don’t really want to pay the $750 for a brand new one cuz money is a little tight. The refurbished Fly More kit is $470. Does anyone know of a comparable deal or drone of the same caliber? I keep hearing everyone talk about this DJI ban so I’m concerned about buying one of their drones also.

Good morning, I'm an Italian citizen and I'm living in Italy, I'm not a U.S. citizen. I have a problem: I did all the registrations on lACRA and PSI, i have my FTN and I'm trying to schedule my Part 107 exam. During the checkout after putting in all my card informations (I have a debit card and I saw that debit cards for payment are accepted, am I right?), I can't find "Italy" in my billing state, there are just American States, do you know why and if it is a problem of PSI website? There are some people here that did the Part 107 test as a foreigner/non U.S. citizen? I'm planning to go to the U.S. for the test on mid-January 2025 I will give you the photos.

I need a drone for an engineering project and it needs to lift 130.544 kg, I know of EHang drones but it can’t be a passenger drone as that is too similar to a helicopter and defeats the purpose, I am wondering, because I won’t use EHang, if griff aviation 300 becomes my only option? Or if there is another drone that would lift that much. (Ideally I would like around 45 minutes of airtime but that is flexible) Thanks!
