Dragon Dice is a game created by TSR in the mid-90s and now owned by a company SFR. The game almost died in the early thousands but was resurrected by the efforts of a few brave individuals. Please come and post strategies, army lists, and new information about the game!

Hello! Quick question here. Why do a small quantity of monster dice have a dot instead of an arrow pointing up on their ID face? Nightmare and Leviathan for instance. Is there a reason or is it something esthetic? Thanks!
Picked up dragon dice this gencon ‘23. Searched already - appreciate the thoughts here!
Does undead stepped damage unit exchange (assuming you have units in the DUA!) happen immediately?
I.e. if they deal say 3 damage and my only unit was a two health. Does the two pointer die, return as a 1pt and then receive the last point of damage leaving me with no units?
OR - he’s replaced after dealing “all the damage I can” and I’m left with a single unit?
Good afternoon!
I'm learning the game, and I'm reading the rules in order to get ready to play. Looks like a lot of fun- I can't wait!
Two things are coming up as questions for me so far, though.
What can I put in my Summoning Pool at the start of the game? It looks like Minor Terrain, Dragons, Dragonkin (any limit?). Can I put additional dice in there so I have dice I can promote existing dice to? Is there any sort of limits/rules about what can be in there?
What are Dracolem? They are mentioned in the rules in various places... and that's it. What are they?
Thank you!
Is there a discord to organize draft play for TTS? I used to play as a kid, loved the game, trying to get back into it.
There is a program called OCTGN, which is free and quite a bit more lightweight than tabletopia. It doesn't have a physics engine or animations, but I could build dragon dice into it anyway.
Would there be any interest in something like that, or would it just be a waste of time?
My friends and I are new to the game but the one thing we seek to be caught on is how to resolve Trample SAI.
The rules fall into a loop of a lack of information on whether they deal damage AND maneuver, or if they only maneuver or count as damage in their respective actions ie attacking or maneuvering.
Anyone able to clarify anything? Are we dumb and overcomplicated it? Or can Trample deal damage during Maneuver phase?
I've had these Dragon Dice for many years, but its never been my thing. I'd like to sell them to someone who would actually use them, but its been difficult to find info on how much they're worth, the best place to post them, etc. Any advice?
Edit: Thanks! That was exactly what I was looking for. For anyone else looking to evaluate their dice, this led me to Chuck Pint's site, which seems like a good starting point for rarity, and this image from the Dragon Dice Discord, differentiating original and reprinted dice.
so i have played about a total of about 8 times and im thinking of getting back into it but i dont even know where to start dose any one have an affordable places they know to get dice dice sets for beginners and what dice i will want to have the friend i played with had a ridicules amount of pieces so i a lost on where to start and what i might want to have.
Is there anywhere in Ontario that sells Dragon Dice? I don't want to order from the USA because of the duty fees and high shopping costs, and I'm having a really hard time finding them here.
If anyone knows of any stores in Kitchener, that would be cool, or perhaps an online store that could deliver?
Anyway, thanks!
So I recently went all In And bought a whole bunch of Firewalker dice Was wondering if anybody had any tricks or tips for strategies with firewalkers that brings out their full potential. Any thoughts on the matter?
I'm trying to learn the new rules, as it looks like there have been updates since last I played, LOL. Did they get rid of routing and charging? I can't find anything about them in the newer rules. If they did then thank goodness.
Where are the Dracolem Dice ?
They are mentioned in the update notes on the Tabletopia.
They have their own little rulebook here : http://www.sfr-inc.com/rules/V1.00_Dracolem.pdf
But I can't seem to find the actual dice, not for sale anywhere, not even pictures of them.
