    $5500 Per Year Coverage!? All Opinions Very Appreciated!

    Hello all, I am a 19 year old with a Tesla model 3. I currently pay $1800 per year for insurance, and I look to door dash on the side for some extra cash. I shopped EVERYWHERE, and the cheapest insurance quote I got to door dash was $5500 per year! Holy crap thats a lot, and I just want to get yalls opinions on dashing without insurance. If I get in a wreck, I understand that I would be committing insurance fraud by not telling. If I kept a duffel bag in my car, and if I ever got in a wreck, id throw the order in the duffel bag and absolutely not let the cops or anyone search my car, would there be any other way of them finding out? Is there anyway for them to contact door dash to see if I was dashing? Literally any and all opinions are appreciated, thanks.

    I’m assuming this is a customer claiming they didn’t get their order. I know exactly which one it is if that’s the case. Not sure if this is new or what but I havent seen it in 4,000 orders.

    I’ve found myself in a wild predicament involving my dasher direct account

    I genuiney feel pretty hopeless and unsure of why doordash and the dasher direct system is screwing me real bad but heres the situation. I currently have a dasher direct card that is unlocked and is being siphoned from a scam i fell for a couple weeks back, of course i tried to cancel the card after i realized what had happened and i think i misinterpreted the meaning between deactivating account and locking the card, how those are different idk but here we are. after deactivating my account i was ofc unable to get back into my dash direct app to look at any funds or manage cards or anything of the sort. for some other weird reason i may not be getting paid out to my bank account since i decided to switch to weekly but its been three days since monday and im still waiting so im not sure if it counted for last week or if it will count for this week but i just feel like im working for nothing and all the money i make is going to my dasher direct (scammer) despite it being set to go to my chase bank account. im still actively receiving unauthorized charges from something called clippers mobile if i recall. if any one can help i would appreciate it i may just be overreacting and dasher direct will eventually go under and switch to crimson and it will work itself out but like i want my money yk, i cant just wait around for crimson, none of the support numbers for dasher direct are any help either and you cant get in contact with a human, its pretty vile, i did get myself in the situation and i can admit that and see it as a learning experience but damn man this sure is frustrating, im considering even emailing or something i really just need the card locked and need to break off of dasher direct cuz its turned into a complete s*** show, thanks 🙏

    I got got

    I feel for the scam. they called me posed as support and I gave my information away. they got my account and they got my money. I know I deserve it for giving away the goose, but if any of y'all have any ideas how I can get my Dasher account back outside of waiting on Support to get back to me, please I need any and all help. if you've been through this please let me know all that I'm in-store for.

    No confirm pickup button?

    I came to this starbucks and I don't have a pickup button. I tried force stopping the app and it didnt help. Did anyone had this issue? And also before pickup this order I had to accept some thing that says something like don't open the bag and don't show to anyone or something like that (usually it asks it when I pickup walgreens pharmacy)

    The Gift of Doordash

    I'm a dasher myself as a side job. Decided to surprise my wife and her coworkers with breakfast to celebrate her birthday tomorrow. I'm at my normal job during that time of day so decided to use doordash. I scheduled in advance today, and there is a spot to mention that it is a "gift". Anyway, she calls me on her lunch break and says I just got a text from doordash to expect a delivery tomorrow. WTF is this doordash? Why ask if it's a gift if you're just going to ruin it anyway?

    Outsourced support is a joke

    I think I’m done waiting on any order that’s been stolen by another driver. Normally it gets remade and it’s not a problem, but support literally just lied to me. They said they contacted the merchant about remaking it, and it was Sonic so I pressed the button again to ask if they actually did contact them, and they said no. So customers, if it takes 100 years just get your refund and get it yourself. They have no safeguards against garbage people stealing your stuff and wasting multiple people’s time and money.

    Order’s under review

    I have two very routine and straight forward orders under review. People I deliver to multiple times a week. I have no contract violations.

    I have over 3000 deliveries and have only had an order under review 1 time.

    Support says it’s supposedly a widespread issue but I haven’t seen anything posted here.

    Anybody know what’s up?

    Quick question

    Doordash has been doing nothing but screwing me around they refuse to give me back my earm by time they keep coming up with several different excuses of why it was taken they keep saying to wait for about a week it's been 6 months other people who have gotten their earn by time taken away have got it back and they keep telling me that is on my end they're refusing to admit that it's their fault and not to mention I got that screenshot saying that if the app glitches they have a right to take it out on us dashers I posted that screenshot here about 4 or 5 weeks ago then they tried to say it's not available in my area but yet I'm the ONLY Dasher that does not have it and I am Platinum and I dashed in four different areas that have it and they're trying to say it's not available in these areas either they tried claiming that it was due to violations I looked everywhere there is no violations and they even admitted it after I brought that to their attention my ratings are good, my acceptance rate was 98% when I was on earn by time and my ratings themselves was at 4.96, now my acceptance is 80% and ratings are at 4.73

    I need to know a good lawyer to talk to about this I'm sick and tired of this I'm out here working 10 to 12 hours and nowadays ever since they took away earn by time I'm lucky to take home 30 to $40 a day if that. Shoot, last week it took me 3 days just to get 40 lousy dollars so who because can I talk to about this because I've even had money come up missing out of my account and there's no statements to say where it went
