Just make sure to never oder them from door dash or uber eats because they’ll give you old stale donuts… but they still looked good.

Northeast US, noticed local Walmarts are out of french crullers and old fashioned.  Spoke with bakery manager who confirmed those items discontinued. Why does the Walton family hate us so? What have we done to deserve this? How can we make amends?

Hello everyone! I’m hoping I’m in the right place :) Is it possible to use 3” cookie cutter and make donuts and then hold shape? Yeast raised donuts are what I’d like to do but I wonder if cake would hold shape better? My bf found a picture of donuts that spelled out something like “you have a great d***”. I cannot seem to find this photo on google anywhere! He’s joked several times about this picture and I wanna make these for Valentine’s Day for him. 

Any recipes, blogs, photos, links, videos would be greatly appreciated! Thank you all!

With the Hole / Without the Hole

I've been lurking here for a while and love seeing all the different iterations of donuts. Thought it was finally time to share some of my own from my shop in Albany NY. 
I've been in the donut business almost my whole adult life. I was a manager for Dunkin Donuts for close to 15 years before opening my own place. I didn't even make donuts at first (at DD or my own place) But once I started it quickly grew into the main thing we offer. My entire establishment is Plant Based, no dairy or eggs (or meat) I use a recipe that I created myself and perfected over the last 6 years. A couple of years ago I moved the business from the Adirondack region of Upstate NY to the Capitol of NY and we rebranded as Bitchin Donuts. I love what I do and love donut content. ♡
I posted a bunch of photos, love to converse with like minded peeps and let me know if you have any questions ☆~

Was @mylocalRalphs in the Bakery Aisle && saw these hiding behind the Apple turnovers. I’m the person to think every grocery store donuts are let downs but For $5, I had to give em a shot & they.. DID NOT DISAPPOINT.. not much actual apples in the baked goods itself but the flavor / texture was. I always seem em dry ass donuts sitting behind the glass case but after this hole in one, I might just give em a shot for study..
