So I was hoping on a server ya da ya da then It just logged me out I tried getting back in but It kept taking me to my old cringey Account and I deleted it and now won’t let me use my number or email I really wish it will let us log in with out username this problem has left me in tears and I’m still crying I am so confused and stressed about this I’m just tired of this!

Im on phone and my mic doesnt work on discord. it works find on everything else. ive tried everything, ive given it mic permission, ive cleared cache, ive reinstalled discord, ive offloaded the app, and ive changed discord voice settings but nothing works. how do i fix this. im lost. helpp!!! it works fine on facetime and whatnot, just not on discord.

is there a way to let gifs and moving profile pictures to move while focused in a different app like a game?

Question for you all, what are some good perks/benefits you can offer server boosters.

I’ve ran my server for almost two years and we have 1100+ members. Chats are active, everything’s good. Other than I’m normally doing over half the server boosts every month myself to stay at the max level.

Our server booster perks currently are: A server booster role which displays separately under the mods. And they are the only people that can send messages in the self promo channel.

So, what other perks can we offer to get more people boosting? Thanks!

Do I have to worry about discord compressing quality if I want to use a private discord to transfer video and picture files from a phone to a pc? If discord is not a sufficient method, what would be the best way to do that?

So pretty often when I'm chatting, the "[amount] of new messages" thing shows up, even when I've had the chat open and talked in there. Only goes away when I message there or re-enter the chat (and then happens again when new message from someone else.)

Idk what to do, I also get them as notifications ;-;

Hi all, my friend laptop has recently had an issue where when screen sharing the only audio is just a buzzing sound.

We have tried changing all voice and video settings, tried experimental mode, tried changing input and outputs to different sources, tried changing audiodg cpu priority and affinity allocation, even tried using browser version and that didnt work. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that didnt work. This issue was never an issue in the past and he hasnt thought of anything in his setup or software that has changed since the issue has started, really ruins my screensharing immersion :(

I’ve played Cards Against Humanity on a bit (I believe Craig?) and was wondering if anyone could help make some specific tweaks to it? I have an idea for a Twitch game show using the creation, but don’t have the skills to make the modifications.

Sometimes I get important notifications hours late. Somebody will make an announcement where I have 5 minutes to see it or I lose out, which always happens with pre-stream pings, for pre stream predictions on twitch. Yes I have notifications on, I just get the notifications up to 2 hours late. This only happens for servers, I always get dm notifications perfectly on time. It seems most people get them on time, and I have no delay for notifications (I have it set to the minimum time anyway) does anybody know a fix for this? I’ve reinstalled discord and it didn’t fix anything. I even disabled any notifications from every other server I’m in, yet still not getting the notification. There are some notifications that I just never get as well.

As the title says, I don't get ANY notifications when I'm in a call. My phone doesn't vibrate and it doesn't make any noise. I have a Samsung s20+ that is fully updated, and discord is updated too.

I hang out with friends and my partner in Discord almost all day. When I have my phone screen off while in a call, I don't get anything - no vibrations, no noise. If I'm not paying attention, I miss important notifications. My alarms get auto snoozed. If I'm using my phone while in a call, I see the notifications at the top of the screen, but they only make a little "ding" noise when I turn my notification sound all the way up.

Is there any fix for this? Obviously I need to know when I'm getting notifications for a multitude of reasons and my alarms can't keep getting auto silenced.
