Proxify is hiring a remote Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure). Category: DevOps / Sysadmin đź’¸Salary: $45k - $80k đź“ŤLocation: Remote (CET +/- 3 HOURS)
Hey everyone,
I wanted to share something exciting and get your thoughts! I’m an engineer with 6 years of experience split between:
• 3 years as a Software Engineer (FullStack),
• 2 years as a DevOps Engineer
• 1 year as a DevSecOps Engineer.
Recently, I applied for a Cloud Security Engineer role. The hiring process went smoothly, and I received a job offer. I negotiated for a 10% salary increase, and they agreed—but with a twist. They updated the title to Senior Cloud Security Engineer instead.
I’m really excited about the job and the team I’ll be working with, but the change in title made me a bit nervous. It feels like they’ll now expect a senior-level execution in cloud security, and to be honest, I don’t feel like I’m there yet. Of course, I’ll learn and grow into it, but it might take me a bit of time.
How do you see this situation? I’m not complaining—trust me, I’m super grateful to land a job in this competitive market! Just wondering how I should approach this going forward?
I am seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with over 5 years of experience, specifically in managing WinForms applications within the .NET Core framework.
The project involves updating an on-premises application deployed across multiple Windows-based servers that lack static or public IP addresses but have internet access. The environment uses Azure DevOps for version control, and all code changes undergo comprehensive testing before being committed to the repository.
This is a short-term engagement, expected to require 2-5 hours. Due to company policy, direct access to our Git repositories is restricted. Therefore, all work will be conducted remotely via AnyDesk or TeamViewer.

Hello i am a 29M and i started working like a "devops" in an italian corporate 1 year ago but I haven't any technically support, it is all related to deployment of corporate applications and I cannot grow continuing this way. My fear is to remain anchored to this domain without being able to change working environment. I have a bachelor in information engineering and before i worked for 5 years on a CCM software without learning any of useful for IT market, just a bit of scripting in groovy. I struggle to study these topics alone, i need to get my hands dirty on other project to become more skilled but I dont know honestly. I was thinking about a coach or something like that, what do you suggest?

I’m from UK.
I’m a DevOps engineer on 60k, but I get Fridays half day, 1.2k Learning and dev allowance yearly and I am remote, with many other benefits. However, no bonus.
Today, I got accepted for a new DevOps role in FinTech, 65-68k base with a 10% bonus. But, the role is hybrid (3 in 2 home). The main worry for me is the loss of benefits and losing remote working full time.
I need some advice - What would you recommend here? Of course it is different for everyone but I have never been in a hybrid role and I am very apprehensive about it, because the cost of travel and if it would truly be worth it.
What are the general opinions, suggestions or tips?
Hi Everyone,
I’m reaching out on behalf of my brother, who is an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with over 5 years of industry experience at Seagate, Colorado. Due to financial challenges at his current company, he is seeking a new role in or around Denver, CO.
A bit about his background: • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and other cloud platforms. • Extensive knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker, and automation tools. • Proven track record in delivering scalable infrastructure and optimizing deployment processes. • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
His H1B visa application was filed by his current company just a month ago, so we are specifically looking for employers who are open to H1B sponsorship if he gets hired.
If you or someone you know is hiring for senior DevOps roles in the Denver area, I’d greatly appreciate any leads, recommendations, or advice. We’re happy to share his resume or provide additional details upon request.
Thank you so much for your time and support. Please feel free to DM me or comment below if you have any information that could help!
Available to work on projects <20 hours per week remotely. Very flexible with schedule.
6+ years professional consulting on DevOps and automation projects across all industries and company sizes.
15+ years professional IT experience, specializing in Ansible automation, k8s, CI/CD, Linux, Terraform and all major cloud providers, vsphere ecosystem, etc. Experience with cloud migrations, platform engineering, IaC, config management, software build and deployments, and integrations.
CKA, RHCE, Openshift certifications
Hi everyone,
I hope this post finds you well. I’m new to the field of DevOps and have recently started learning and working with tools and practices related to this domain. While I’ve made progress, I understand that hands-on experience and guidance from experienced professionals are crucial to truly excel in this field.
I’m currently seeking a remote internship or mentorship opportunity to deepen my understanding and sharpen my skills. I am fully committed to learning and contributing wherever possible. I’m open to unpaid opportunities as my primary goal is to gain knowledge and practical experience. However, if it’s a paid role, that would be an added bonus.
If you or your organization are open to supporting an enthusiastic beginner, I’d be grateful for the opportunity. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to discuss how I can contribute and grow within your team.
Thank you for taking the time to read my post, and I’m looking forward to connecting with this incredible community!
Best regards,
