Have you used any briefing platforms, but not found all the features you were looking for?
We are an museum fabrication shop with lots of drawings and concept sketches on many different experiences. Some are digital, in various staff member's notebooks, on sticky notes, or many other different forms. We've considered adding a simple "title block" to submitted sketches asking for just title, project ID, artist, and date to keep ideas from getting scattered and be referencable later.

I’m trying to get an understanding of the types of communication people use most when designing. Do they happen on social networks, when you’re at work, on single channel/multi-channel, IRL social situations?
i.e. mood boards or presentations? Trying to find a new process to drive inspiration as a designer...
