Hey y’all! Looking for backing vocalist classes (if they exist) or spaces where to be that either look, vibe singing or music spaces in general to make connections. Thank you! (I’ve been exposed mostly to pop/r&b vocals).
Got a sick kiddo and thus an extra ticket to the early NYE DeVotchka show. Doors @ 4. Show @ 5. DM if interested.
Durango jam grass gargoyles HCH featuring ripped Taos players, Foggy Memory Boys and local handsome strongmen Derek Dames Ohl and Andrew Cooney. Few tickets still available!
Hey Denver! Check out Lo Fi Ho Hum and Color Me Fatigued January 5th at Globe Hall if you like emotive raw music. Local band The Disasters will also be there, as well as the School of Rock!
Anyone know where to get tickets from people trying to sell? Shits sold out
Denver Metro Jazz is a community jazz band based in Denver, Colorado, launching our inaugural season in 2025. Our mission is to offer non-occupational musicians the opportunity to experience the thrill of playing in a professional-level big band, without the commitments of full-time musicianship.
Our weekly rehearsals, held at North High School in Denver, will be guided by a professional jazz band director who will provide valuable mentorship, education, and musical growth opportunities. The band will hold 6-12 concerts throughout the season performing a diverse and challenging repertoire of big band arrangements.
To help cover costs for music, rehearsal space, insurance, and administration, band members will pay a monthly dues of $80. In return, you'll have the chance to be part of a musically fulfilling and rewarding experience with like-minded musicians.
We are looking for musicians to fill the following sections:

If you're ready to elevate your playing and get out and gig we’d love to hear from you! You can message me, Denver Metro Jazz, or email us at denvermetrojazz@gmail.com!
Funky indie vibes!
I was dating a rave girl and it ain’t working out so I’d rather sell the tickets than go without a date. $50 all-in for both tickets.

So we’re a band based out of Nebraska and we’re looking to do a Colorado Run this summer… we haven’t left Nebraska much and we’re curious if anyone had any recommendations for venues and cities to visit! For more context, we’re in the realm of Neopysch rock. If anyone is genre adjacent, we’d be interested in finding openers!
selling 2 tickets to Sidepiece at Mission if anyone’s interested! $60 each OBO
I'm in town for the holidays and my free night off is the 26th. Are there any shows/places to see live music? Preferably diy rock stuff but open to anything
I play bass. If you’re into those genres then you basically know what I’m looking for.
You dig?
Do you like the Black Angels? Frankie & the Witch Fingers? The BJM? APTBS? Protomartyr? The Mystery Lights? Guided by Voices? Just a few bands I like and the direction I’d prefer. I’m not stuck searching for one specific genre. It can be aggressive but I’m not looking for metal/ pop punk. I’ve been in some Denver bands, & I’m looking for other people with experience (preferably)
I have a jam coming up but who knows?
I know it’s not Denver , but I (24 m) just moved to summit county (Frisco) and have been looking to jam with people! I play guitar (jamband and, indie stuff mostly.) Hit me up if you’d be down!
Two friends and I created a band that is pretty rhythmic centered. I’d say we’re a funky, groovy, rock based group that can be somewhat heavy and (or) psychedelic at times too. For a frame of how old we are, we’re all 26-30 years old.
For right now we’re freestyle jamming at practice spots and recording what we play. We’re optimistic to play out soon, once we find the right singer to go with our jams. It’s been productive gathering material, which hasn’t been a problem.
Some of my personal favorite influences are: Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Alice In Chains, King gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, Slift, Nirvana, Soundgarden, Queens Of The Stone Age, Black Sabbath, Jimi Hendrix, Black Keys, Audioslave, Tame Impala, Rage Against the Machine, Arctic Monkeys, etc
We have some jams we can send your way, to get a flavor of our sound. Currently we are working them into demo format songs, but do not have full songs yet since we’re looking for a vocalist to fill this missing spot we have.
Hello! My friends and I ( 25-40, M/F ) are looking for the afties and trying to get more acquainted with the night life scene as we’ll be visiting in June. Can anyone help point us in the direction of warehouse and underground vibes?? We’re all from NYC area so the afties is a must for us. Please help us find the vibes fam!
Did everyone see that young girl pass out between bands ???? That was a buzz kill.
