There is a national movement afoot to unionize Amazon and fight for higher wages and better benefits for its millions of workers. And that includes the hundreds of thousands who drive for Amazon’s puppet DSP companies.
The Denver chapter has just been founded by some of your coworkers. The short term goal is to bring together a community of workers who believe a better Amazon is not only possible, but necessary. The second largest employer in the richest country on the planet should be the bedrock of a thriving middle class; not a monopoly forcing millions into a tenuous life of unstable gig work.
If you are interested in joining up, or just curious what this movement is all about, hit my DMs or use the links in the profile to get signed up. Together we win.

The struggle is real, friends. I have been having zero luck finding a job. Any deisgn leads out there?!
I’ll be moving here soon for a few months for school and need a full time job. Does anyone know places that are easy to get into and always hiring? I’m hoping for at least $19/hr.
Having a difficult time finding a stable job. Figure I offer my services directly to the public. I am highly experienced in residential & concrete work. If you need something built, remodeled, or repaired, I would appreciate your consideration.
Also willing to do yard work/other house work needed. I'll run errands for you, wash your car, I'll do the dishes if you hate that chore in exchange for food, I'll clean the house, care for pets. Just about anything I know I can do well.
We can figure out the price after I know what you need done. Small things can be done for food.
My son is 19. He had a rough first year of college and is taking a gap year. He needs to work.
He suffers from social anxiety and is currently in therapy. His anxiety is preventing him from putting himself "out there" and finding a job.
He'd kill me if he knew I was posting this, but my heart is truly breaking for this poor, lost soul.
Does anyone have any job leads for a genuinely nice kid who is struggling?

I’m a cna and I was looking into the Nursa App and it has some really great shifts I can pick up. I’m wondering if anyone has experience with the nursa app? How do they keep compliance with every hospital/facility policy? Also how is it that we go about badge access and charting bc I know my way around epic but only have access to my hospital as well as our sister hospitals. Any info would be appreciated!
Hi, my fiancé was unexpectedly let go from his job. No PIP, no warnings just fired.

Thank you
Hello! I'm a recent graduate from CU who moved to Denver with a few of my friends earlier this month. So far, I'm loving it, except for the fact that I do not have a job! I earned a BA in physiology with hopes of working in health care or the medical field. Similarly, I received my EMT and IV certs from Denver Health last summer and this summer (certified with NREMT and state of CO), respectively, and I am having a hard time finding a position where I can apply my knowledge.
I originally wanted to work for Denver Health, but I submitted an application to be an EMT there on the first day of August and haven't heard back from them since. I'm wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience, and if so, how long it took you to hear back. I was thinking about reaching out to my past instructors soon to see if they have any advice as to how to navigate the hiring process, but I want to know if anyone else has recommendations.
I've applied to other hospitals and clinics, such as St. Joe's, UCHealth, and AFC, but many of them want experience (which I don't have), and I've been denied from many positions because of this. Are there any facilities that lean towards hiring first-timers in the field?
Any response and/or feedback would be very appreciated! Thank you!

I'm about to deep dive into interview prep and was curious if anyone was familiar enough with the software engineering market to offer some guidance on what the market is like locally.
It’d be great to know about:
Programming languages (JavaScript, Python, Go, etc.)
Frameworks (React, Django, Node, etc.)
Cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, etc.)
Any other specific skills or knowledge that might do well to know here.
I’ve been designing roughly 9 years. I have a BFA in Communication Design from a local university. I have been freelancing for years, but would love a steady job! I have been applying everywhere and not having the best luck. I have an extensive portfolio and would love a local or remote opportunity! Thank you!
Hi! I’m a F29 currently unemployed looking for any type of work pretty much. I have experience in the restaurant industry (server for 9 years), sales experience, and a bunch of costumer service experience. I’m a quick learner. The only problem is my availability is only night shifts over the weekdays (Anything after 5 pm!) and the weekends are open availability. I’ve been looking like crazy but not any luck. If anyone knows of any night shift jobs (after 5pm) hiring, plz let me know! Thank you so much :)
I (21M) moved to Aurora 2 weeks ago from out of state, thinking I had a job lined up. It fell through, so now here I am with no job and no money. Every day of my life right now is spent applying for jobs and looking for places to work. I’ve shown up to countless places, called countless places, with almost every single one saying they’re not hiring. I’ve truly never seen anything like it. These are entry level food service positions too. I have 3-4 years of line cook experience in fine-dining restaurants, so I thought that would give me an advantage, but I guess not. I really wanted to get out of food service and the terrible hours, work environment, and benefits that usually come with a food service job, but it doesn’t seem possible at this point. I was really hoping to find any job with 9-5, Monday to Friday hours. At this point though, I don’t care and I just need a job. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. I could use all the help I can get right now.
Edit/update: I just want to say thank you to everyone here for your advice/suggestions/support. I finally found something that I’m super excited about, with great pay and benefits. I’m finally out of food service, woooooo! The vast majority of you have been amazing, and for that I’m so thankful. Peace and love, even to the people who called me lazy and told me to leave lol. ✌️❤️

Hey I’m a 19 year old (20 in a couple of days) male looking for a job of any sorts. Or just looking for advice because of my financial circumstances. For the past year and a half I’ve been helping my parents pay their mortgage in full payments due to my fathers health issues (kidney failure and dialysis) not looking for charity but a good job that would be able to pay me north of 25/hr. I have been working full time since I went online schooled when I was like 15 years old. Some work experience I’ve had is- •Autobody collision repair (paint prep) •Home interior demolition around a year •Driving a skidster and digging with a small digger •Interior remodeling •countertop sales for around 4months •worked in granite as a countertop installer for around 2 1/2 years (was my last job and left because I have been layed off for too many days because of construction slow down)
Have experience in a lot of things, quick to learn and motivated to work. I am comfortable with working M-F and comfortable with a lot of hours. Could lift heavy if needed
Lately I've seen alot of job postings for companies that deliver for Amazon. Pay range anywhere from $20-26ish. All have relatively same job duties and schedules. Just looking for feedback on what they're like from people who've worked them. Pros-cons sort of thing. Other than dealing with traffic and getting packages out before shift ends. Seems like a lax job for the most part.
Hello, My Name is Josh and i am looking for a new career. i have recently obtained my tech support certification and i am looking for an entry lvl position. i have been applying everywhere but it seems like i need a different IT support Certification i am in school for IT in B.S and willing to learn.
I’m actively in pursuit of trying to move from Florida to Colorado but I need some help. A simple Google search only goes so far; what I’ve seen is a trend for “A/V techs” out there is permanent installations for home theaters… not my forte. I’m talking about live events. I’m looking to go full time into freelancing but things take time. So for now, if anyone can point me in the direction of some local shops that are looking for freelancers or possibly even shop guys, that would be super helpful!
Are they?
