In the manga at the end of the 4th chapter it shows a q&a about the deadman wonderland prison, and there is a link ( https://olive.zero.ad.jp/?ZB1899990/DW.HTML ) that you can go for additional info it says. But i cant enter it anyone knows anything?
I'm wondering, what does it says there? I want the original Japanese text, does anyone know it? Appears on the 6th volume, page 112
If you look closely you will notice that the marks do not look the same. Ganta rewrote the mark on shiros palm when she was in a coma
So I just finished Deadman Wonderland and there’s a character in the opening who I have yet to identify. I’m thinking it’s either Shinji, Nagi, or the Mockingbird. Please help. Thank you.
What would you guys think of a live action/animated film adaption of the manga
So i just finished whole season in one sitting and then came across an iceberg picture of this anime so i am now really confused and curious about what i might have missed.
Maybe things like there is only 1 shiro and whatever.
Can someone explain i am like really confused here
I remember there were 2 supposedly "strong killers" then their boss was doing a count down, ichi niiino, then suddenly senji kyomasa slices them both saying his "zuppach"
anyone knows the number of the episode where this happens ?
I heard that their is a light novel adaption with deadman wonderland. Is it available in North America and how much of the story does it cover?
SO in episode 12 Grateful Dead, I’ve been looking everywhere i can to try to find the music they used for his flashback when the head priest sees what he’s done and I’ve been able to come up with nothing. I found other ost’s and the album by DWB but nothing like the episode. The time stamp for the episode if anyone is curious is at 12:40 seconds for what I’m referring to so anything would help trying to find this piece. Much love everyone!
As someone who got into DW when it aired on Toonami years ago and finishing the manga months later, it always left me wondering why another studio hasn't just picked up this gem of a series to adapt the other arcs. I know considering how rushed the first season seemed with the exclusion of certain characters like Azami they may have to reboot it to continue it proper. Just throwing it out there but a random studio I figured would adapt it well would be someone like Mappa although that's mostly due to me liking how they adapted Attack on Titan so they'd handle the gore aspects well here.
I wanna imagine it would only take maybe 2 or 3 seasons to finish the rest of DW's arcs in 50 something chapters. As a sucker for the villain types I'd love to see the full adaptation of Hagire's story up until he inhabits Toto as well as the climactic battle against Ganta and the others.other's. There are a lot of other moments I'd wanna see in anime form too.
The only issue I might see coming up quite naturally is the inclusion of Chaplin and given his sexual orientation and tragic story usually characters like him result in some form of criticism on social media nowadays(One instance being Giselle from Bleach when TYBW aired).
I just finished the manga and I'm not sure if I interpreted it correctly. In chapter 56 (the one before the last one), before the "explosion" on the island, but after Shiro and Ganta hug, we see some shards of the Cristal that both of them have. Later in chapter 57(last one), we see that Senji's friend says about a deadman that lost his power "u didn't lose your powers, just like that kid". I assume it was Ganta they were talking about. Also, we see that Shiro is in some coma state for a while (everyone seems to have gotten adapted to their new life). From these "clues" I concluded that both of them lost their power, the Ganta gun and the original sin\ regenerative powers. Does this mean that the "explosion" occurred when the Original sin and the Anti-Original sin from the two of them met and as such exploding and relieving both of their powers?
Did I miss anything or am I right?
In the manga/anime, what exsperiments did shiro go thrue?
What does shiro love more Ganta or sweets?
