Hey all. So, I'm not done with my first playthrough yet, but I enjoy making "perfect" save files in games like this, where every possible thing is collected (mainly weapons, clothing, and a few other things depending on the game, of course. This is why, as much as I ADORE the game, I have a bit of a vendetta against RDR2 for it, as it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to have a "perfect" save file, because of a few different reasons. Anyways)

The only two new game plus mods I'm aware of are "Respector", which is very clearly dead as a doornail and does not work anymore, and "Pseudo New Game Plus" which still works, to my knowledge, but it does not transfer over your weapons, which defeats much of the purpose for what I'm trying to do.

It doesn't have to necessarily be a "new game plus" mod. It just needs to be something that carries over the stuff I need or lets me do it/configure it nanually somehow.

And yes, I know the game isn't built for this, but I do intend to do more playthroughs, and starting from total scratch each time just feels....pointless? (That's not an insult to the game, it's just how I feel)

Here are the things I want to have carry over: Weapons Clothing Vehicles not obtained as quest rewards Non-quest items stored in your backpack

Here are the things that I could "take or leave" as I can see both the upsides and downsides to them: Player level Cyberwear Vehicles obtained as quest rewards Attribute and perk point distribution Journal collectibles (shards, notes, etc)

Here are the things that I do NOT want to be carried over: Main story progress, side quest progress, gig progress, etc V gender choice V life path choice

Since I'm asking for such a specific combination of things here, I wouldn't be surprised if there's not a mod that does it, but I had to at least ask.

I just got back to my playthrough and I'm at this point where I have to fight a certain someone. The game has been completely revamped and my character sucks. I'm intelligence build and used to use quick hacks, but now my cyberdeck can't even handle short circuit. I don't have any at green or blue level so I can't even quick hack the enemy so I'm just weak af. I geniunely do not think I can beat this boss without updating my cyberware or changing something. Can I possibly go back and respec or am I out of luck? Thank you.

Am I the only one that thought the quest was going to end with her having an entire army of cyber psychos under her command? The one mission that takes you into the store lets you talk to the one officer who ends up being a previous cyber psycho. That made me think she was recruiting everyone to start some kind of bloodthirsty army under the guise of trying to help them. Why else throw out that little tease for people who took the time to talk to the officer?

Kind of disappointing the quest didn’t end with me having to stop her from creating her armor. Instead you get a thank you and are sent on your way.

Does anyone know of a mod to change the enemy body pick up animation (over the shoulder) to the animation used in the prologue when you grab Sandra Dorsett? (Kinda of a bride’s pickup of sorts)

I want to read more about the lore and story of cyberpunk and I heard there are books or a book or something about the timeline before 2077. What is this book/books called. I also heard there are some non cannon books, what are those about?

Played and completed 2.0 already on ps5. By the end of it I think I truly just wanted a harder experience and more customization. If anyone has mods they could recommend catering to that or your favorite mods in general I’d appreciate it. I totally would grab it while it’s on sale if mods are a real game changer.

How did the old USA end and NUSA begin? When, how and why did the free states become free? Were the free states independent? Is Texas independent or part of the NUSA? After the unification war are the free states now part of the NUSA? Why is night city independent? Why is California split? Is one of the two californias independent? I know Arasaka prevented NUSA forces from invading night city so how did Kurt Hansen forces get in if the NUSA didn’t invade? And finally where can I learn more about the unification war and other parts of cyberpunk history?

Edit: I am a gay/bi man, so I was going to roll male V and go for Kerry for immersion, but I’ve just heard Kerry’s romance is nothing compared to Judy and Panam, which in that case, I’ll just go female V and get the full experience if true! No big either way. Just curious.

Has anyone playing on PC managed to make HDR look at all good in this game? I'm playing on a "49 Samsung Odyssey g9 ultrawide and been messing around with every setting conceivable - Windows HDR calibration, monitor calibrations, Nvidia color settings, various Nexus LUDs and the in-game HDR settings. But no matter what, HDR just looks really dull and washed out. The dark areas are too dark and the light areas are too light and everything looks desaturated. Either I'm guilty of some technical oversight or HDR is just not very good in CP.

idk if anyones come up with this idea yet but like that one scene in edgerunners they should let players use the mono wire to cling to things to negate fall damage like lucy did, or just use it to grapple onto things

I'm sorry to create a post talking about the Down on the Street quest, since there are so many already, but i really can't find a solution to my problem. Takemura simply won't show up at Wakako's! I'm 40+ hours into this playthrough, completed a lot of phantom liberty stuff, but the quest is still bugged, and i really don't want to go back to an older save. I'd be grateful if someone could help me out haha

The title pretty much says it all lol. But I find myself curious since everyone in night city that you get in contact with seems to add their own flair with a preem logo design on hold calls. So what do you think v's logo I'd? Do you think they even have one? Or do you think their face would just show up as the question mark face from the list of logos? I think they would just show up as a question face because they like their privacy but eh. Could also change based on v's starting point too of course. Then just for fun what do you think your v's face looks like on the other end?

I recently got cyberpunk for my laptop and after it finished downloading I tried to open it and it didn't start. it said it was starting but there was no launcher or anything it just said play. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it was just the same thing.
